la chambre a des fenetres mal isolées thermiquement et phoniquement... la chambre donne sur la cour interieure qui est une sorte de puit carré. Les portes de cette cour interieure grincent, claquent ... le tout est amplifié par la forme de cette cour. Donc impossible de dormir apres 7h30 du fait que le personnel fait son travail et ouvre et claque les portes... Les chambres sont minimalistes et les salles de bain un peu juste pour un 4 etoiles qu'il ne merite pas.

Amazing hotel, in the heart of Vienna. Beautiful rooms and delicious breakfast. Gym and spa with a really hot sauna was en fantastic experience. We will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Emplacement idéal, dans une rue calme du centre à proximité des principales attractions et des transports. Chambre propre, petit-déjeuner d'exception.

Great hotel, would happily come back in the future!

Ideal gelegen für unseren Besuch, Staatsoper, Albertina, Innenstadt. Sauberes Haus, exzeptionelles Frühstücksbuffet, freundlicher Service. Bin eingeschränkt in meiner Mobilität, muss nächstes Mal ein Zimmer Nähe Fahrstuhl verlangen.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. The staff (particularly Nancy) were very knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations for restaurants. First rate breakfast selection!

Frukosten var magisk! Fräscht och väldigt vällagat utbud från en fast meny samt buffé. Jag letade efter ett hotell specifikt med bra frukost och det här var överförväntan. Rummet var rent, rymligt och fräscht. Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Hotellet hade även väldigt bra läge med gångavstånd till de största attraktionerna. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell!

Great location! Rooms are large and clean. Loved this hotel and the location was perfect. Close to the main walking street , shops and sites. Don't skip the breakfast it was the best part of our stay. The food is so good, on top of the buffet you get to order off of a menu. Delicious!
