Our room was a ground floor Deluxe room lake view with balcony as we took our dog with us. The balconies to these rooms are not individual to each room, it is a wrap around walkway, which is lovely, but not secure if you take a dog. There is no air conditioning in the rooms only a fan was provided. Room was spotlessly clean, bed was extremely comfortable. View from the room was very beautiful and tranquil. Staff very obliging and attentive. We had an evening meal in The Boat House, and was allowed to take our dog. You will be seated in area with no view of the lake, the view you will have is of the car park if you take a dog with you. This area is en route to the toilets too. Food and service was very good. A 10% service charge was automatically added to the bill. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Bar - service was very good. It was very busy due to the football and people attending conferences, but service was quick at the bar and it was a good atmosphere. Our dog was allowed in the bar with us. The hotel was very busy, as it has a large conference Centre attached to it. The grounds of the hotel were well looked after. Parking - had to park on one of the further car parks which was about a 5 minute walk away. You can drop off and pick up outside of the reception to save struggling with luggage. I would definitely come and stay at this hotel again.

Good hotel and good breakfast

Great hotel, great staff and great breakfast. Only downfall was that there was no air conditioning in the room. Very uncomfortable, especially when the temperature that day was 34 degrees.

Fabulous hotel and apartments that exceeded our expectations, Plenty to do and walks were amazing. Food / drink was great with plenty of choice and inside our apartment was absolutely gorgeous , plenty of space with everything you could possibly want and breathtaking views . We certainly look forward to returning.

Clean Large rooms. There was some working going on outside the hotel, which will be good once it is complete.

Shame they charge you £20 a couple for a hours swim. Other than that great hotel

Overall a great stay! The surroundings are beautiful, we had a gorgeous lake view from our standard room, which really made the stay. Very comfy bed, slept well. Great breakfast! Although the room itself was very clean we had dirty linen (pillow case and towel). When we tried to ring reception nobody answered our calls. Bedroom was modern and spacious and was generally well kept and maintained but bathroom was aged.

Minha esposa e eu amamos esse hotel. Esta última estadia foi a terceira vez em que nos hospedamos lá. Para quem quer explorar as Cotswolds é uma excelente base de apoio. Os quartos são confortáveis, espaçosos, muito limpos. O ambiente do hotel é perfeito e relaxante, muito amplo.. O café da manhã é dos mais completos que já provamos, e servido num espaço amplo e confortável. O estacionamento tem muitas vagas e é gratuito, no interior da área do hotel. Tem restaurantes e a comida é muito boa. A equipe do hotel é muito simpática, acolhedora e prestativa. Nota 1000 para o hotel.

Another lovely stay at this hotel. We had a lovely 1st floor room with a floor to ceiling view of the lake. Great choice for breakfast. We used the pool & spa, that was an extra £10 each. It was nice when it used to be included in your stay. Pool was a bit on the cold side. Only negative was the noise of people going to bed and chatting down the corridor all through the night, being woken up at 4am with that wasn't great.

Stayed here for 1 night with work colleagues, my room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. Used the gym facilities. However, a little bit disappointed I had to pay for the use of the pool even though I was staying there overnight.

Fantastic location and facilities. Good restaurants on site and good breakfast.

Good location and surrounding. The botel is lovely with a great view across the lake. The only downside is the heat in the room, with no air con and a fan who wasn't powerful enough to circulate the air which made a poor night of sleep. Breakfast was good, love the choices.

First time there and it was such a lovely weekend. The weather was great, the staff were polite and very helpful, and access was easy. Everything seemed great, and I would love to visit again.

Rooms have fans but no air con, worth considering if visiting during warm nights.
