Rating & Review Keseluruhan Cambria Hotel Akron - Canton Airport

Booked a 4-night stay well in advance. The night we were supposed to arrive we received a phone call at 10:30pm telling us that the hotel had no rooms due to a flooding problem and they could not honor our reservation. No assistance booking somewhere else was offered so we were on our own to find a different hotel at 10:30pm.

Social areas were very nice and well laid out. meal options were good. Only negative was no shuttle service to or from airport. Shuttle service is available free ‘only’ to corporate customers..which was a big negative. So, No problem because Uber was the go-to get around service. Minutes wait time only for the area.

It was a freeway hotel

It wasn't packed. It didnt have a bunch of kids screaming and yelling. It was nice and clean.

Trip for a bridal shower. Hotel was nice and the staff were great.

Bathroom was disgusting. We arrived late after a flight cancellation, and were revolted by the condition of the shower and hair and dirty footprints on the floor etc.

Toilet would not flush properly. Sounds water running the whole night. I had to call front desk room on top. Seemed like they were running all night. Felt like the roof was going to come down. So much noise all night. Not happy at all.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff was great, check in and out were simple. The beds were excellent. The only thing was the hot tub a little more heated; but overall, I would definitely recommend.

WE ALWAYS CHOOSE CAMBRIA WHEN WE VISIT FRIENDS IN UNIONTOWN, OH. HOWEVER THIS TIME WAS DISAPPOINTING. FIRST DAY WE HAD NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER. WE MADE THE FRONT DESK AWARE OF THIS ISSUE 4 TIMES AND NOTHING WAS EVER DONE ABOUT IT. EVERY TIME WE MENTIONED IT TO A DIFFERENT PERSON AT THE FRONT DESK, THEY CLAIMED THEY WEREN'T TOLD BY THE PREVIOUS PERSON THAT WAS ON DUTY??? THEN ON THE 2ND DAY THE LAST PERSON WE MENTION IT TO SAID THEY WOULD SEND UP MAITENANCE WHEN THEY GOT IT. MAINTENANCE NEVER SHOWED UP! THEN WE FIGURED OUT THAT THE FAUCETT WAS MIXED UP, HOT WAS COLD AND COLD WAS HOT. FLOOR IN ROOM WAS UNLEVEL UNDERNEATH CARPET. THE COMMON AREAS OF THE HOTEL WERE EXTREMLY WARM, HALLWAYS, BAR, RESTURANTE AREA AND THE POOL WAS LIKE A HUGE SAUNA. AND WITH THE EXTREME HEAT OUTSIDE IT WAS NOT A GOOD IDEA TO NOT HAVE THE AC ON IN ALL AREAS OF THE HOTEL. NEEDLESS TO SAY THIS VISIT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. THOUGH THE I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT THE YOUNG MAN ON DUTY AT THE FRONT DESK ON SUNDAY 6/22 WAS EXTREMELY POLITE AND ALWAYS HAD A SMILE ON HIS FACE. I'M ONLY SORRY I CAN'T REMEMBER HIS NAME.

The staff was awesome !! Very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and very comfortable. It was a perfect 3 day stay for myself under unfortunate circumstances.
