Clean property for being an older unit. Some minor maintenance needs to be done, but fantastic view, loved the personal hot tub right out the doors of our end unit. Loved the big open fully stocked kitchen for our use, the separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms and it’s just a few minutes drive away from the town. Only downside was the check in- no one was around and it took time to find someone so we could get our pass card.

Stayed in the two bedroom suite with hot tub…was very spacious, clean and great value. The lodge now runs on a self check in system, but their 24/7 guest services were very responsive and helpful, providing all necessary information before we arrived.

Quick stopover on the way to lower mainland BC. Everything as expected and useful. Initially the water was not turned on. Took a phone call and 10’ and all was resolved.

Room was clean and as per description. However the check in process was incredibly confusing, since we booked in January we received spam texts asking for our CC information, when we called were given different numbers and went over a week before receiving a call back. At day of check in there was no-one there to check us in, the key card we were told in the morning that would be provided was not AND they had us on the phone for over 20 minutes requesting copies of our bank statements proving that we had paid for the hotel which we had done. Then to boot - only one towel provided for two guests and after the debacle of just trying to get into the room we had zero desire to call and try to get more. Great room, terrible management and extremely unprofessional.

Amazing property! Clean! Spacious! Beautiful views! Very quiet and peaceful in the offseason. Will definitely come back!

Super clean, really nice room. We weren’t sure about the hot tub. It was self check in so no one to ask about it. It was covered behind a gate. Not a big deal but would be nice if there was a sign to let us know if we could use it.

Amazing place to stay!!

Room was well kept and spacious. Had a hot tub on the patio with a view of the mountains. Went in the slow season so we didn’t come across much staff or other tourists.

Wonderful property and beautiful views. Relaxing and quiet! Super easy after hour check In, highly recommend this place to stay 😃

Bed bugs + total silence by the hotel 2 Nov: In room 106b my husband and I were bitten by bed bugs. Departure 1:00 am (my birthday).I stayed at this hotel to celebrate my birthday and it was ruined. Hotel ignores 3 demands. Expedia/Ramada did resolve. They only returned the money from my reservation, but the physical and emotional damage they caused me was not of importance to the hotel, plus there is no reception after 6pm. #Bedbugs Bellstar
