Quiet, great location

Very nice staff

Nice place to stay very affordable

The place was nasty the lady at the front desk was rude. There was homeless people sleeping in parking lot.

Noise was because of loud cars and trucks around for a car show. Overall was a ok place to rest for the night while traveling through.

Great customer service, located near activities and restaurants.

I am in Pigeon Forge 4-5 times a year and this is where I always stay.

We had an absolute blast here can't wait to out vacation

The beds were not that comfortable. Need to replace the mattresses very soon.

For an older property this place is a real gem. I have stayed at this property several times over the last several years and have never regretted my decision on checking in. The rooms are very clean, nice comfortable beds, microwave and refrigerator. Nice big TV. A plentiful breakfast with many options to choose from. The front desk staff is super helpful and very friendly. I definitely recommend staying here!

Hotel was just off the Main strip and accessible to all attractions. The staff was very professional and friendly. Room was worth the cost value and we enjoyed our stay. Indoor pool was very nice because we had some cool & rainy weather Very pet friendly and accommodating Will stay there again

Could hear the neighbors and upstairs neighbors stomping around at all hours both nights keeping us awake. Had to ask for towels thinking we would have had the room at least tidied up during the day.

Staff was excellent. Hotel could use some upgrades. Beds were horribly hard and uncomfortable. Pool area had some kind of water fall that had dangerous bricks in front that if a child went near, the bricks could fall on them. Breakfast was good, had nice choices.
