The property is in a great location. The air conditioner could have been a lot better.

Clean place, great staff and parking very accessible

Everything was pretty nice in terms of amenities. They don’t have AC in most rooms but the fan kept us cool throughout the whole night.

Clean rooms but can use some updating of furniture in the rooms. Bathroom was very modern and clean

The views are great. The breakfast was tasty and there was a wide variety of food options.

excellent food at the restaurant the staff were so helpful and kind very hospitable. Excellent place to stay. The rooms are beautiful. Excellent view of Lago Atitlan and beautiful pool as well.

Did not like the fact there as a portable air conditioner and it was not very cold. The room felt hot.

Beautiful property right on the lake with incredible views. Only minor complaint is the hot tub was more like a warm tub.

Great location and great view of the lake

Not worth the money. Pros: good location and big space. Very outdated and not the friendliest front desk. We asked about the Jacuzzi and you had to reserve it ahead of time. So we took a look around the property and went to check out the Jacuzzi area, I’m assuming they clean it before they fill it up? There were two empty Jacuzzi tubs, but they were dirty inside and all around so we opted to skip. Our room was outdated, and the beds were hard. Water was lukewarm at best and the morning of our checkout. There was some issue with the pipes so we weren’t able to have a shower. Definitely not worth the $200 a night that we paid. We saved a much nicer hotel in Antigua for about $130 with excellent service.

GREAT LOCATION. Right on the lake. We had amazing view of volcanoes and lake from the room. The property was clean.

I liked the location closed to the lake and many restaurants. The installations of the hotel were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Panajachel.

Everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful and I really appreciated the birthday cake left in my room when we got there. Definitely will come back and recommend !!!
