I like the hotel was great for my night in Quebec city. Bed was good hot shower and room was very clean and nice .

Propre et facile d’accès

Le tapis du couloir a un grand besoin d'être changé mais la chambre était propre. Aucun ménage de la chambre pendant le séjour de 3 nuits, pas de changement de serviettes, de nouveau café... et j'ai oublié ma trousse de maquillage à mon depart et elle n'aurait pas été retrouvée (?) Soit la personne à l'entretien l'a simplement jetée plutôt que de la rapporter, soit elle l'a conservé mais dans les 2 cas c'est très décevant. En général c'est bien et commodement situé.

Clean, modern, spacious rooms. The elevator is quirky and small but certainly functional. Not walkable to restaurants or shopping, but they're not far away.

Tout aimé de cet endroit. La preuve, nous y retournons dans quelques semaines !

Clean room, friendly staff

Room was clean , staff were friendly and the area was conveniently located. I would return!

The way the check in was with the keys was unique. Clean room, but had no hot water for my shower. Also very slippery and almost fell a few times

Flooring in room in bad condition, worn, marked. Lighting in the parking lot is very poor.

Dommage que le Spa soit à 3 maisons plus loin. C est le seul petit bémol à signaler. Nous avons apprécié la chambre très spacieuse ainsi que le personnel.

Clean and well maintained

La chambre était bien belle mais la douche très dangereuse et très glissante on as faillit de tomber fond de douche à changer dans les chambre avec cette base inadéquate

Abordable et tout près du vieux Québec

We did not like the mattress and pillows; we found them uncomfortable. We thought there was a cafe on the property.

There was no staff at all after 9pm for the check in, which was very stressful but the room was very big and quiet.
