Very decayed , with peeling wall paper by the elevators . Only one ice machine in operation. Rooms are outdated and don’t have ports to charge electronics. Direct tv with a poor choice of networks

Great customer service and stay

Available washer and dryer. Breakfast could be better

Between Expedia and this Property I was charged for a room I did not stay in, and due to incompetence on both Expedia and the Property’s management a refund has not been issued.

Saw a very large cockroach in the lobby. Room smelled like someone had vaped and/or smoked marijuana in the room. Bathroom floor was dirty.

Check in was fast and informative. Quite for being next to the airport like I couldn't even tell. Very close to many things straight sandwiched by waffle houses . Breakfast was tasty and had lots of variety. Would be nice if the pool was open later. Has most everything you'd need for a nights stay. Loved that the room had multiple separate bathrooms and sleep area trashcans.

Very helpful and friendly staff but this hotel is in very poor, rundown condition. Conveniently located to the airport but you get what you pay for. Very much in need of some upkeep.

Smelled like urine and the staff was rude not housekeeping but the other people.

Cheap was good. Both front doors open ALL the time. Lady at front desk rude. Check in was 3 and my room was not ready at 6:30

Hotel staff exceptional. However hotel carpets and furniture looks worn and needs replacement. Bathroom had strong smell of mold and mildew. Bed and sheets were clean. Have stayed at other Best Western hotels and they were very good. This one not satisfied.

The room had alot of mold and mildew and the TV had no signal so watching TV was out of the question ,trying to upload pictures but wae unable I have alot of pictures and made a motion picture

This place has ice cold air conditioning and one of the best free breakfast’s I have ever experienced.

All in all it was a good stay if you're looking for a cheap clean room that's the place

When we arrived after 8pm we were told there was only a one bedroom with a double bed. The tv did not work and maintenance could not fix it. There was clutter in the hallways, holes in the ceilings water spots mold. The doors stayed open all night long there were no safety precautions. The only good thing was breakfast. The area was clean and the attendant was extremely attentive. Unfortunately, I will never book here again. The owners should be ashamed.
