We had flies coming out of the drains

Service was great! Ambience nice! Breakfast buffet good. Soft comfy beds. Hot showers. Downside was that my room smelled bad of mold. They really need to clean out the AC vent.

Good stay, clean room, good breakfast buffet. Location was convenient as it was close to the railway station.

My room was clean but showed clear signs of age and wear. TV did not work, and it took about 3 hours for management to get me wifi. Water pressure in the bath was an issue as well. I've stayed in basic, cheap hotels,but it's really disappointing that I be charged so much for a mediocre experience. Over price-quality mismatch.

Comfortable but some issues with AC in room however dealt with well ny front desk and Manager

Hotel is decent, good location but needs some upkeep. One could get a better hotel for the same price.

Nice Hotel near to Railway station and also have a movie hall near by. Room are clean and spacious.

Air conditioner is not upto expectation. It tooks maximum hours to get u r room to 20cel. Bed is acceptable. Buffet is expensive. Despite paying high you have very less options. No point of paying higher prices for this stay.

I will never come to this hotel again.I was disappointed by the hotel staff and Expedia. Never going to deal with Expedia anymore.

It was great stay.. staff is prompt n helpful from the reception area to the room service..Had been traveling with my 1 year old daughter was a bit sceptical but these guys are a thumbs up. Also to mention good food and clean too.

The room was not clean, the food was stale, complained to the staff but no help. Will never ever book rooms in this hotel

The hotel was good but was not maintained well and situation of the sofa cushion & carpet really bad.

When I extended my stay for a late checkout at 6 p.m., the hotel insisted on charging me their regular room rate for the whole day , which was Rs.2500 plus taxes.

Very less amenities in room, no minibar. Staff not giving importance to guests, FO staff busy with their phones. A good breakfast with untrained staff. No efforts to talk with house guest while breakfast, using unhygienic methods to serve tea & coffee. I noticed a person using AP spoon handle to stirr tea. Not even greet guests.. on 23.10.2016 sunday guests are holding plates in hand searching place to sit but not even single person inform them that they have place to sit inside.. bell desk & HK staff was surprisingly better than others... atleast they understand the needs..
