We were given a room that supposedly had been newly renovated but was not thouroughly cleaned or tested before renting. Plugs didn't work. Air conditioner struggled. Bathroom fan didn't work. Dirty shower floor.

Stayed with family for 2 nights. First room on 3rd floor we discovered had fecal matter on the carpet and bathroom door. The room was not vacuumed. Took an hour for them to set us up with another room on first floor. 2nd room - Deadbolt would not lock, no bathroom towels or soaps, the towel hanger swung off, the corners of the room were falling off. They offered to fix the room the next day. It’s 9pm and we had a 12 hour drive. The next day it still was not fixed. They offered to switch a room again, We were tired from packing unpacking, driving etc. we declined. The front desk people were kind but said they could not offer points because we were not members and no discounts because we booked through Expedia. So no compensation other than we’re sorry. I’ve always trusted springhill suites but this was a very bad experience and our visit was not restful because of it.

My TV did not work, and they were not able to fix it. They told me a discount would be offered when I checked out, so I decided to stay because my daughter's softball team was staying there. When I checked out, no discount was offered. I would suggest staying anywhere but here. If I knew they wouldn’t have offered me a discount, I would have gone elsewhere. I paid 180 for the night, which is unacceptable.

Under renovations. Not bad considering… Pool wasn’t clean. Front desk was nice and breakfast wasn’t bad.

First time patrons. The hotel did provide towels at the pool. Very unique.

Some of the front desk staff were very kind. Our stay was horrible. The worst in my 70 year of life. I came to the area in celebration of my 70th birthday. I never got the room I requested. Due to major surgery and my husband recent knee surgery we requested a room with a tub. We were told that our wish was honored. Upon arrival we were given a room with a shower and was told that we would be moved to another room as soon as rooms on other floors were cleaned. We waited all day and no one notified us. When we went to the front desk later that evening, the shift had changed and the front desk staff said that earlier staff didn't leave any notes. Also, there were no rooms with tubs. We old them that wasn't true because when I called I was assured that there were rooms with tubs.The we were told that those rooms were occupyed the room had an extended stay.

Property is clean and conveniently located. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Checking in was great, checking out was ... ummm ... where'd everyone go?!? Nobody at the front desk, no signs up, nothing. And this was at check-out time, so there should have been someone there (actually, there should ALWAYS be someone at the front desk). No hand soap or wash cloths in the bathroom, but that was minor. Overall, comfortable and quiet. I'll be back.

Very nice and clean.

First the room I had reserved was not available, was given the only room they had left. Second it was located in the top floor in a corner and the elevator were not working. Once in the room tried to relax and watch some TV, yeah the TV wasn't working. Called the front desk but no luck getting it fixed until the next day. In the morning I went into the gym and it had no A/C. The room was already warm and to top it off it only had two 25lbs dumbbells and one 15lbs dumbbell. The entire rack was empty. NOT THE GREATEST OF STAYS.

Bathrooms were out of service Elevator was out of service Jacuzzi was the filthiest experience I’ve ever had in a hot tub! Ever. Brown junk was floating around in several spots in the water. Couldn’t use gum as the A/C didn’t work- I tried - Could Not! Staff was great, facility NOT! I will NOT recommend or return.
