Helt greit rom, fin beliggenhet

Great place! The interface between paying in a browser and then also having to download the app and manage part of the stay through that needs some work as it was a bit confusing. A few steps to actually get it done but I guess that is the price for a self-check-in hotel.

Helt topp overnatting, men likte ikke teppe som er plassert under sengen og stikker ut på hver side. Jeg fikk ikke til innlogging på rom, men heldigvis var det en renholder der som hjalp meg. Gode hygieneprodukter i dusjen og deilig seng. Hotellet er veldig sentralt.

Fint lokasjon og fine rom

The room itself was beautifully decorated and the bed was comfy, although there was only one size (we would have preferred a larger bed but made due). More cons than pros though. The biggest downside was not knowing that literally the entire plaza shut down for Easter, something we were not aware of at all, despite having already visited two other cities in Norway with everything still open. We would have appreciated for the staff to give travelers a heads up since they have no amenities, additional towels or toiletries, and their FAQs state that guests can purchase what they need at nearby stores - which were all closed. That includes the pharmacies, which was awful because half our travel party got sick with the flu and we had nowhere to get meds despite walking around for a couple hours. When I emailed the staff about the major inconvenience, they essentially told me it's on the guests to know all the major holidays and closures. We stayed for three nights in this condition so it was not an enjoyable experience at all. Unfortunate, really.

Veldig fint rom, litt problemer men å sjekke inn, men Vander var veldig behjelpelig på tlf. God pris, så kommer tilbake. Super beliggenhet

Perfekt plassering . sentralt og flott hotell

Entry system was well made and intuitive, with detailed but not too often prompting in advance of the stay. Position in the town centre was excellent. Lobby and room were all well kept and clean and sound barely travelled from room to room, which either meant not too many people or its well sound proofed. Bathroom was fine and shower was nice and hot. Bed was comfortable too, no aches the next day which is common with a poor bed and pillow. Curtains were not fully hooked on and the thermostat was hanging off the wall behind the tv, plus the kettle needed to be plugged in on the bedside table, so a little more general care is required, but would stay there again for the convenience.

Dårlig service

Bra beliggenhet, men bare helt OK standard på rommene. En sterk lukt av mugg / fukt i resepsjonen og trappeoppgangen. Vi ble vekket kl 06 søndag morgen av arbeider eller lignende i bygget.

Perfekt hotel for dei som skal bare ha en plass og sove og nytte stavanger.

Rent og fint rom, men

위치와 실내 인테리어가 좋았어요.

Alt fungerte som det skulle.

Selv om det ikke er resepsjon så har det vært Veldig enkelt å ch
