Lovely place to stop after a long day on I-80. It’s a cozy and attractive hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and an excellent hot breakfast with real eggs and meat. Love that there’s an indoor pool and hot tub, although it’s usually got kids in it.

It is an OK hotel, but I selected this property, which was 45 minutes from the place I was visiting, specifically because it had an in-room jacuzzi. The image showed that the room had one, but when I arrived, there wasn't one. There were no rooms available to switch to. The staff was very professional and tried to find options for me, but I can't help but feel like I was lied to because I feel like I selected the room shown on the picture.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!! Trust me. THE OWNER IS ALL ABOUT RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS! I was in town working for the university of Wyoming and booked the hotel thru Hotels.com and they list ethernet connection and when I checked in they confirmed that every room has Ethernet connections. Once inside the room I tried the Ethernet connect and it didn’t work so I went to the front desk to resolve. We tried three different rooms and the lobby connection with no success. So I asked to checkout of the room as I needed Ethernet connection to download work for the university. The front desk checked me out and I called hotels.com for the cancellation as the hotel would approve the cancellation as they don’t have working Ethernet connections. Hotels.com called the hotel and the front desk informed hotels.com that he cannot approve any cancellations as the owner of the hotel is the only one to approve. Not even a manager or assistant manager could approve. The owner is out of country and nothing could happen…. Two days later I had to call the hotel to find out if the owner can process my refund. Nobody from the hotel was working on my request and they still needed to get with the owner. An hour later the hotel manager calls me to tell me they will not refund my hotel stay per the owner…… okay you offer Ethernet connection on your website and all other 3rd party booking sites but can’t deliver so that’s my fault…. I was at the hotel for one hour and the owner will not refund my $120!

Room was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed including mini fridge and hair dryer. It was quiet all night and the bed was comfortable.

The price of the stay was above average. The air-conditioning/heater is kinda loud though lol! Otherwise, the stay was really great!
