I stayed 4 weeks paid with 2 different apps the place is nasty full of roaches my room was full of mold I called the state and contacted red roof but didn't get any kind of compensation I had to clean the stinky mold out of the shower the sheets had pubic hair floors was so nasty the water was muddy they wouldn't give toilet paper I had to wash my own towels no service every 2 weeks no service provided at all the website says coffee in lobby nope no coffee says racks for dishes nope only a nasty cabinet says on the website NO ANIMALS almost all tenants have animals but they want 500 a week I have a 700,00 dollar home I had to stay in that trash hotel to get my home remodeled not everyone is from the ghetto and not all tenants enjoy smelly rooms mold roaches and the drug dealers out side the doors all night I have hired a lawyer and I have pictures and video recording of workers telling me wash my own towels no toilet paper and much more mess I have pictures and documentation of every thing I encountered at that trash hotel and with the staff

No hot water. Stopped counting the bugs in my room after I killed about 20. Floors disgusting.

Damp sheets, humidity issues

Room was smaller than expected for a queen bed. The property photos show a coffee bar in a lobby area, but there is no such thing on site, nor are there in-room coffee makers or disposable cups. On the plus side, there was a 3/4 size refrigerator, microwave, and cooktop in the room.

This hotel looked a little sketchy from the photos online, but since we needed a reasonably priced play to stay we didn't have much of a choice. We booked, and it was worse than the pics. We killed no less than 6 roaches and 2 spiders in our room, and on the final morning, let 2 roaches just pass through cause we were so over it at that point. The a/c leaked terribly inside of the room, and left a giant puddle right by the door. When we checked in, she didn't say anything about a parking permit neither needing to be displayed, nor giving us one at all. But on night two, we received a parking violation advising that our car could be towed if we didn't display the permit we were not given, nor told about. Now for the most insulting issue of all. At check-in they required a $100 deposit, that would be returned within 3 business days after checkout should no damages have occurred. It has been 10 days since we checked out, and I have not received this deposit back. It's taken 3 phone calls, but the deposit refund is finally pending on my account. I have stayed in some crappy hotels, but this one was by far the worst. In a surprising twist, every staff person we spoke with was incredibly friendly, so there's that.

The young lady at the desk was very pleasant. However, there was no shampoo, coffee as advertised, or batteries for the tv remote. The bed was cozy and the ac was good.

This place was the worst!!! A ridiculous amount of roaches in our room and all over the property. The A/C was broken, the room and everywhere on the property smelled horrible, the room wasn't clean, the office wasn't clean, the grounds weren't clean. It was after midnight when we arrived and there was no toilet paper so I had to go to a store close by to buy some. This area was so sketchy I was afraid to go anywhere outside without my pistol and I kept my hand at the ready on my pistol without revealing it was there when I walked to the convenience store. The pictures of the motel were a BIG LIE about the motel. It even appeared (after looking more closely) that the cars in the pictures had been photoshopped into the pictures. The front desk/lobby picture was not of this Home Towne Suites. My family checked out as early as possible and got a refund on the rest of the week we had booked. I would have felt better at the "Bates Motel"! In short about this Home Towne Suites...STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

My experience was very bad. I made my reservation in advance to make sure I had a room, but when I arrived at the hotel, tired from a long trip, they told me they didn't have a reservation and that there was no room at the hotel. It was late at night, and I had to look for another hotel. The closest one that had space was half an hour away. So I have no choice but to drive late at night and tired to another hotel.

I would highly recommend to hotels.com customers that you do not spend a single dime on this property. Red roof Inn should be removing this property from its system and sanctioning the franchisees for the state that this property is left.

I cheese this hotel as an overnight stay on a trip to another city. The price was great, but A/C was so loud, it made it hard to sleep. Also A/C did not keep room cool. You get what you pay for

Checked in, the beds were not made or changed, garbage still in the room and was not cleaned by housekeeping. Got another room and while it was clean, it was not comfortable. Ended up leaving the property and booking another hotel. I would skip this place

pictures looked better than reality rundown, smelly, sketchy clientelle after looking at the room we decided not to stay there it was an old red roof inn painted green wasted key cash

Dirty, roach infested

The room was nice but not clean. There were bugs all over the room and one of the light fixtures wasn't working.

It smelled like cigarettes when it was a non-smoking room.

Terrible expensive!! Booked for stay coming & going. On 1st stay, found door wouldn't lock next AM so had slept all night in unlocked room. Got reimbursed for switched to smaller room. So, ok there. But, on way back, we were cancelled out while heading there due to supposed water main leak to our room. Manager on duty found us a more expensive hotel, but promised us to reimburse us the difference. It never happened. We kept giving him time & he kept making promises he didn't keep. Higher up company staff didn't help either. We'll never stay there again & won't recommend it to anyone else. Beware!!
