Hampton Beach is a fun place to visit

While I understand the value of location, based on rooms and services, this hotel is way overpriced

It's an older property in a great location, but is not in great condition. The bathroom had rust on the metal parts of the dropped ceiling, and water damage on some of the panels. The view from our room looked out onto the indoor pool roof, which is filthy, and the outside wall of the pool room has a big section of the siding missing, and birds are nesting between the walls. The staff was mostly friendly, but instead of being welcoming and kind, one man used the approach of picking on us in an attempt to be funny. It sort of fell flat. The parking is valet only, but our car has a manual transmission, and the attendant couldn't drive it. All in all, it wasn't a horrible experience, but I probably wouldn't stay there again.

Well the floor was filthy my feet were black on the bottom and there was sand in the shower.

Very convenient to Casino Ballroom, outstanding food in the restaurant, and the rooms are clean.

The gentleman who checked us in was a bit on the ruff side but Jerry and everyone else was great.

Cozy room. Nice side balcony OV. Definitely ask for hypoallergenic linens. Other than that everything was perfect.

It’s ok.. just your typical Hampton hotel. No great effort put into cleaning, but, it’s not terrible.

Loved the balcony and ocean view! Was disappointed with the restaurants (Breakers) very limited menu and was not the same as the one they posted on line.

The room was good, balcony was nice, view of the ocean was pleasant. Unfortunately the valet service really messed. They moved my car at 5 pm as we watched them from the balcony. At 8 we happened to leave the hotel and take a walk. We noticed our car was running and the valet had the key. So, they left our car running unlocked for 3 hours, and probably all night if we didn't go out. Only got a sorry as a response

So convenient to stay by the beach the staff treated us nice. Definitely recommend

I stayed at this property for a conference. My hotel room was very clean. However the conference room floors were dirty. I had arrived the night before and was directed to put some equipment in the conference room. The floor/carpet was obviously in need of sweeping and the director had me put the equipment to the side so the room could be cleaned. The next day all the dirt was there and there was a big wet spot in the carpet. The lunch provided by the hotel and the organizers of the conference was not very good and basically the same thing every day. So I would not recommend this facility for an event. Food at the bar was decent. Not many dining options in the off season. The location would be great for a beach vacation when other restaurants and businesses are open. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Please add an additional mirror! When multiple people are staying in a room an additional mirror would be awesome

Room was Great. Couldn’t park your own car. Bar was closed when we got back from our event that ended at 10pm. Never got a receipt emailed to me, I emailed to question what was charged and haven’t received a reply. They better gear up for their busy season, a few nice employees, but some better gear up for the busy season.

the room was roomy. However, the heating unit kept cycling on and off, making it difficult to sleep.
