It's an older hotel and it was the end of the season. The hallways and passageways were dirty. Our room however was very clean they we're kind enough to loan us a chair to sit on the beach and watch the sunrise.

Great location, convenient valet parking. Ocean views, nice staff. Only complaint was dirty common areas (floors needed to be swept) and room bathroom was dated and not super clean. Room was very modern and nice - super comfortable bed and pillows.

My only issue is that we had an ADA room which I not ask for nor did I want. It was right next to the elevator which I always avoid. But other than the less than stellar bathroom the room itself was great. Beautiful view of the ocean!

Great location on the quiet north end of the beach. The room and main area upgrades are noticeable. Hopefully, they renovate the pool. Rooftop bar is a plus. I also like that it’s pet friendly for a fee.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable, with good water pressure in the shower and a nice bed and couch. The staff was extremely friendly and the valet parking was very convenient. Cons: The room had only a small balcony, barely large enough for two people to stand on. The view of the beach was smaller still, but was there. The walls were thin and we could hear other patrons frequently, especially when they flushed the very loud toilets.

Room had an ocean view. The staff was great. Gerry was awesome and the bartenders are at the restaurant gave great suggestions on checking places out in New Hampshire.

GREAT stay, very doggy friendly, nice and clean. Staff was knowledgeable of area. Quiet during off season with still plenty to do! :)

Valet parking was very unorganized, hotel confused and over booked. Check in was 3 hours past scheduled.

I was pleased with the place. Got there and the front desk man was a little rude. But I said maybe he was having a bad day. He seemed nice the next day.

Our room had been just painted and smelled so bad that we were unable to sleep in it. We tried opening the windows and staying out until 10 pm to allow it to air out, but after being in it from 10pm-12 midnight, we both had a headache. I asked for another room, they didn’t have one.
