Nice breakfast

Wifi service was extremely slow causing to long downloads, streaming services were not usable at all. TV channels were ok except of AMC channel that had video with no audio.

Clean and quiet room.

Front staff very friendly and welcoming. Kids really enjoyed pool. Hotel very clean and comfortable rooms. Definitely will be back!

Clean room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast with plenty of options. Pet friendly with minimal fee. Pool was nice and they have a hot tub which is wonderful. Although, the amount of chlorine was too much and the pool isn't supervised so you have to watch your kids closely as the pool is smaller with a large two story slide.

Not a hotel I will be going back. There were kids running non stop until very late. The first night we had to wait until midnight to finally experience some quiet. The second night until 11pm. The hotel policy about quite times does work. I even called reception. The rooms are zero sound proof. We had early mornings and left the hotel more tired than we arrived. We changed hotels for the remainder of our time.

The room was mostly clean, there was an annoying drip in the bathroom and needs a new shower curtain as its stained. Breakfast was great. Hot tub area needs a scrubbing, the tub itself. It was not busy so was nice to use. Booked through Expedia, which i dont recommend. I wanted to upgrade, hotel staff over said said they cannot help because of third party, however, the room i wanted couldnt be booked through expedia, not visible to them (after 1.5hr online!). Tried to do it in person day of reservation but by then it was gone sadly. Not a good experience in that sense!

Everything was fine. Our room needed freshening up. A mirror over the bathroom vanity would have given better light.

The breakfas is okay. I just find the waffle a bit too dry. Maybe the batter is not so okay. Or maybe I dont know how to make my own waffle. Hehe

Only two issues. Washroom handle not working right. Couldn't adjust temperature in the room. It was 68 on heating, (room was at 71). Wanted to cool it down a little. Switch to cooling, couldn't adjust temperature up from 64 degrees. So your two options was 68 and heat or cool to 64. Would have loved to just chill out down to 68.

Breakfast was great! Room was clean and the kids loved the pool!
