Super cute and cozy place to stay near the market. Breakfast was great too

Breakfast was fantastic!!

The hotel is in a wonderful location, making it easy to walk to most major sightseeing spots. It's also super easy to reach from the train station—just a quick 20-minute metro ride. The room was clean and stayed comfortable with a portable air conditioner. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay, and the regular breakfast was a great way to start the day!

Nice breakfast but bad coffee. There are so many restaurants nearby even not free, make hotel breakfast a tough choice. Parking is available but garage space is very tight. Great location. Rooms are old but clean and enjoyable.

Location is so good that almost everything within walking distance. The property is well maintained.

Gutes Frühstück inklusive. Lage des Hotels ist zentral, dennoch relativ ruhig. Wir hatten einen Balkon zum Innenhof, den wir abends genutzt haben. Unser Appartement war einfach aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Alles in allem empfehlenswert. Öffentliches Parkhaus gleich nebenan.

We loved having a key instead of a keycard! The in-room coffee maker and kettle allowed us to ease into our morning on the balcony before going down for breakfast. The room was very clean and well organized, as well as quiet. Within walking distance to many sites in downtown Ottawa. luckily the building is well insulated because it’s one block away from Byward Market which seemed to be party central at night, but we did not hear a thing!

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Byward Blue Inn. Very friendly staff & helpful. The hotel is well maintained & clean throughout, including the room. A bonus is having a room with a balcony with a bistro set to sit outside & enjoy the outdoors. The breakfast is included and very good. It's in a great location next to Byward Market & Parliament Hill. Will certainly be back again.

Best breakfast buffet I've had in a hotel ever. They had breakfast wraps! Another guess said that the many rotates too. They had lots of other options too. And cold brew coffee! Just wonderful! I stayed in a cute lil suite on the 6th floor, with a mini kitchen, including a fridge and a microwave,a lovely balcony with a table and chair, and a little breakfast nook table set up. Everything was clean. Bed and pillows were comfy, though the mattress was a little bouncier than I'd like. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would 100% stay here again.

Excellent location near Byward Market and within walking distance to Parliament Hill. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Loved having a balcony for coffee in the morning.

Brought a friend downtown to experience Ottawa as a tourist. This hotel is perfect to visit everywhere!! Lovely our little balcony. Rooms equipped with mini kitchen, break was plentiful and delicious. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

A localização do hotel é excelente, próximo dos principais pontos. O café não tem muitas variedades, porém não é algo que abone tanto o mesmo, por ser continental. A limpeza é muito boa. No quarto tem muitos utilitários disponibilizados, isto é, ferro, tábua de passar roupa, chaleira, microondas, entre outros. Todos os/as funcionários/as que tivemos contato foram muito solícitos/as. Contudo, destacamos o carisma e a gentileza do senhor Angelo que foi responsável pelo nosso check-in e check-out.
