Breakfast could be better

Desk person was nice enough although failed to provide Request for addition pillow since only 1 provided. The entry of hotel was filthy although our room seemed adequate clean. Nothing special. Single sheet on hard bed. Linens to include bath towels worn and like sandpaper. There was No hot water in sink or shower for bathing. Not how my husband starts his day! The room fee was significantly higher than prior stays during our tour. It was also the poorest choice. Everything at hotel is old and wore out. Exercise rm, jacuzzi,bar & restaurant.

L’hotel nel complesso non è male però onestamente le 4 stelle non le abbiamo viste nemmeno in una notte serena dal terrazzo! Anzi proprio sul terrazzo c’è uno dei punti deboli della struttura. Una vasca idromassaggio vecchia e mal tenuta con acqua praticamente mai pulita, un bar non presidiato da nessuno! Altro punto negativo è la rara disponibilità dei pochi posti riservati all’hotel che sono spesso occupati da auto della polizia; trovare posto nei Vicoletti di Alcamo spesso può essere molto complicato e ti costringe a girare per diverse volte a vuoto. Altro punto criticabile è la colazione, non le darei nemmeno 2 stelle e mezzo per come è organizzata e gestita( se arrivi alle 9:30 trovi i tavoli con le briciole sopra),la scelta è molto limitata per essere un hotel a 4 stelle; unica nota positiva le torte che non sono male. Nel complesso la stanza è spaziosa e pulita ed Alcamo è molto carina

Nice enough hotel in good position for Alcamo town. We needed it near enough to Palermo airport (30 minutes drive) and easy to get to Trapani for boat trip ( 50 minute drive) & near a nice beach ( Castellammare del Golfo 20 minute drive). Nice town in its own right with coffee shop/ pastries a 1 minute walk and a lovely pasta restaurant a 3 minute walk! Hotel is BASIC with cheap Ikea style furniture. Breakfast was good & freshly prepared, bathroom clean, plenty towels & powerful shower. Reception staff friendly & helpful. The spa looked closed & the faded frayed list of treatments with no prices off putting. The jacuzzi/ roof bar has a lovely outlook, but only 4 sun loungers ( always taken) and a grubby rim on the jacuzzi, and hair in the outlet, and the head cushions falling or fallen off- needs some attention/ cleaning. Good for us for a couple of nights, cheap for what we got. Spotless room & bathroom mattered most, and friendly staff.

L’hôtel est dans un style très élégant et recherché, recouvert de travertin typique sicilien, rapport qualité prix imbattable, les prestations sont haut de gamme.

Arrivato tardi ed andato via presto, poco da dire

The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. We used the spa service and they were excellent. If I had any complaint it would be that the jacuzzi on the roof bar was broken.

Hôtel bien situé au centre d’ Alcamo, facilement accessible à pied. Chambre très propre et très bien agencé pour notre famille avec 2 enfants. Douche très sympa. Bémol pour se garer, peu de place aux alentours de l’hôtel. Nous stationnons Piazza Republicca à environ 300 m de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner compris un plus, sans être extraordinaire il est correct. Restaurant très bon, un peu cher pour toute la famille mais très bon. Spa terrasse fermé au 28 avril dommage le beau temps était présent. Spa intérieur payant.

Limpio, personal muy correcto, Alcampo es de lo mejor de Sicilia en cuanto a limpieza y comida.

Nice location, lots of shops, the employees were so nice and helpful. The only thing I could complain about is that I couldn't figure out how to work the AC unit.

La chambre triple est spacieuse et propre. Le calme y régnait. Le personnel est très gentil et aimable. Mais quelques bémols sur les prestations sont à dire : le spa extérieur ne fonctionne pas l'hiver et ce n'est pas précisé sur hotels.com. Le spa intérieur est à privatiser pour 40 € par personne (20€ par enfant) pour une heure, ce qui est relativement cher, d'autant qu'il faut rajouter 5 € par personne pour avoir peignoir, chaussons. Alcamo n'est pas très joli à visiter, je ne conseillerai pas d'y dormir spécialement.

Pulizia eccellente, personale cordiale e simpatico. La colazione varia e con alimenti dolci e salati per tutti i gusti. Posizione centralissima con negozi e luoghi di interesse vicini

A very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Huge room with small balcony opening onto street. Bars and restaurants a few minutes walk.
