We weren’t there 30 min and a roach crawled inside my husband’s drink he had made while we were sitting in the room talking. Needless to say, we did not stay. Definitely not recommended.

the room was nice- I liked the small balcony we got- the A/C shut off in the middle of the night- not sure why- the doors (both to the outside balcony and the entrance door) was not functioning properly - very hard to close and slammed. the beds were comfortable- the free breakfast station was horrible- not manned- garbage overflowing- attendant would not provide napkins or food when things were not available-

Had cockroach in the fridge, bathroom toilet Door blind broke on us. Room phone not working. Main door would not close, unless pushed very had to close it.

Hotel was crowded and hallways had unpleasant smell. No ice machine was working on any floor. Most disappointed with breakfast - no milk or orange juice, stale cereal, empty yoghurt fridge, waffle machine dirty and with old waffle stuck inside, old coffee. Front desk person was the only worker there and unable to keep up with all requests and cleaning overflowing trashcans.

Shower was not clean. The room had a bad odor. Hallways reeked of weed. Breakfast was awful. They wouldn’t replenish the small jars of milk, staff said they only put out a certain amount a day. Juice machines were empty and cereal was stale. The trashcans were overflowing of trash. Would not recommend this hotel.

Great location. The room had a very noisy AC unit and a constant dripping noise. Bathroom not very clean

This is the worst hotel facility I have ever stayed in and i have traveled both national and internationally . As soon as we walked up the the lobby door we noticed that the doors and glass were filthy and dirty black with hand prints and the handles were loose and the paint all around the door was scuffed. Entering the lobby we noticed dirty floors and dimmely lit. Once in our room we found that the shower head broken off t he wall mount and just hanging there so we were going to call the lobby but our phone in the room was not working. When we pulled the covers down on the bed we found a blood stain on the sheets. The floors were filthy. We went down for the complimentary breakfast the next morning and they only had a few sauages left and no milk and the coffee was cold. There was syrup and waffle mix all over the counters. Then later that afternoon when we got back to the hotel they had several aftrican american girls getting braids in the kitchen area at the dinning tables with brushes and curls and hair products spread all over. To sum it all up, this hotel was disgusting and we will be in contact with Wyndam to make a complaint.

2/10 check- in was fast and easy and the staff was nice but as soon as we got into the room and turned the light on we seen a roach on the wall, there were roaches on the floor, and there wasn't much of a breakfast at all

It was amazing. My daughter enjoyed her 16th birthday. This hotel is excellent. We definitely will be back
