Absolutely terrible time. We stayed here 3 nights in late May and the hotel still had the heater turned on. We could not turn the AC on at all the first night. The hostess said open the windows and it will cool the room. She also mentioned until the technician turned the heater off, we would not be able to cool the rooms. Unfortunately we were in the corner of two buildings so we got no wind to cool off our room. The room was 29.5C or 85F throughout the night. To even fall asleep I had to lay on top of the sheets naked with the windows open. I called the hostess at midnight exchanged pleasantries and was told there was nothing they could do, nor did they have any box fans to lend. It was so bad we were searching for other hotels in the area. I never got under a single bedsheet the entirety of our stay. The only thing keeping us at the hotel was we dropped off laundry at the beginning of the stay and hadn’t gotten it back yet. They finally for the AC turned on but the blower fans are so weak that the room never chilled below 25C the other two nights. If you took a shower the water temperature would change drastically, pumping hot water through the shower. This only added to the heat in the room. With no vent/fan in the bathroom the only thing you can do is deal with the heat and stagnant air flow. This was truly pitiful. Each night after the shower the room jumped 3-5 degrees and increased humidity rapidly. The last night we stayed the room finally reached 25.4C at 3am..

Breakfast was great. Staff was responsive and our room was pristine.

客室は清潔で、特に水回りが綺麗で快適でした。 フロントの方々も親切で助かりました。 朝食のビュッフェも大変美味しく充実していました。 設備欄にレンタル自転車と記載がありますが、ホテルのフロントでレンタルできるわけではなく、紹介されるレンタル会社にwhatsuppアプリで自分で連絡をとり手配する必要があります。 タクシーも同様です。 日本のホテルと異なる点で少し戸惑いましたが、どちらもすぐに返信があり無事手配できました。 また、「チェックイン時に新型コロナウイルス検査結果に基づく陰性証明書が必要」と記載がありますが、不要でした。予約後にホテルに直接問い合わせたら不要との回答があり、実際チェックイン時も提出は求められませんでした。出国直前で、陰性証明書なんて無いよ…という方は、ホテルに直接確認しておくと安心です。

Hôtel confortable mais vieillissant. Décoration démodée. Attention pas de piscine seulement un jacuzzi dans le jardin. Bon espace spa. Petit déjeuner très varié mais pain très ordinaire. Les photos des environs sont prises à plus de 20 minutes de voiture pas un hôtel de luxe, juste confortable

The air conditioning in my room didn’t work, the room temperature at night was 29C. It was impossible to sleep. I told the person at the front desk about this problem and she dismissed my complaint without even checking.

Hotel in zona tranquilla, un po' datato, ma molto ben tenuto. Camere spaziose, pulite e con tutto il necessario, unica pecca il condizionatore un po' rumoroso.. Colazione ottima, con ampia scelta sia dolce che salato, prodotti freschi e di qualità! Il personale è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile. La SPA onestamente non è niente di che, c'è una piccola sauna e una vasca con 3 diversi getti, piu una zona relax con due lettini. L'idromassaggio esterno non era funzionante (e non ci è stato detto in fase di prenotazione).

Il y a un supplément à payer pour le SPA. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas terrible. En revanche l’accueil et les réceptionnistes sont très sympas. Lune d’entre elle a accepté de me repasser une chemise 10 minutes avant la messe. La piscine était également fermée.

Great location and nice property

I paid for a room with a view, but when I arrived they said it would be 25 more euros. So, I had to pay more for what I have already paid for. They would not look at my reservation or verify how much I had paid or anything helpful.

This is my first ever review, and my only complaint is I couldn’t give a higher score. This is a very small town, but the hotel is every bit of luxury you would find anywhere. Service as impeccable, restaurant for dinner and breakfast were outstanding, spa was unique and amazing and this is, without exception, the cleanest hotel I’ve ever seen in my life. We were visiting our college son across the street at the Italian school, this was such a pleasant surprise!
