Rating & Review Keseluruhan La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Palestine

This was our first time to stay in a La Quinta it was very nice the employees were nice and the breakfast was really good.

Great service!

Everything was great, except the AC kept shutting off and wouldnt reach temp.

Everything was just fine.

It was quiet, very nice and clean . The service was amazing.

The hotel was very nice. I made 2 different reservations due wanting to leave a little earlier, and one of staff members made it where at the end of the first reservations, we were able to stay in the same room the whole trip.

I will return next year, polar express train ride. Very nice and very clean and service excellent

Very nice and clean. It was a great nights sleep.

The staff were wonderful and the property clean. Access to the Palestine area community great. The hotel has aspects that are dated — for instance the bathroom. The pillows on the bed were not comfortable.

We continue to stay every spring and fall, because we get to visit family, we love the property and staff here, and they go the extra mile to make our stay excellent. Plus I get such a great sleep in the bed!

The staff were very accommodating and nice, the breakfast was excellent, the overall condition of the room was ok, the sofa bed pullout mattress was horrible, very thin with bumpy springs and dirty spots on it. The sofa itself had old cheesy crackers under it and smelled bad. It smelled like someone was cooking with spices in the halls and room, the air conditioning did not cool well, requested refund for 2nd night and went to another hotel as there was not a room available with 2 beds instead of pull out.

The bed was lumpy and hard and the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was poor and bare. Property needs a refresh. Staff was friendly.

Clean and spacious room

The refrigerator still had someone else’s OPEN food & drinks in it. The bedroom window Was unlocked and slid open(room was ground floor) 2nd bed appeared to have dirty linemen on it so we had to cram into one bed. This was a stay as a result of my Moms passing & funeral. I didn’t not have the emotional strength to change rooms or even report the problems soooo we just dealt with it.

Everything was cool

The hotel was clean and quiet. The pool area was clean and nice as well.

Hotel charges "collected at property" apparently means "pay in full at check in" receipt to be held until check out. I had never run into this before and felt that Expedia and La Quinta were being disingenuous.
