The staff service was amazing. The hotel was beautiful and spacious. The only complaint was about the room we stayed in. Both sinks in the bathroom were extremely clogged, and would overflow with just the water turned on lightly. There was also a giant wet spot on the carpet, next to the bed, and on the side of the bed. It seemed like the last guest spilled a drink, like a smoothie possibly. Other than that, it was a great stay, and we will definitely be back.

Great location! Very close to Bell's Centre and many other downtown attraction. Room is spacious, clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Valet parking was wonderful. Great pool with lifeguard on duty.

Chambre agréable et confortable, personnel courtois. Seul bémol, nous avions été informés de la fermeture de la terrasse et du jacuzzi, mais pas de la fermeture de la piscine. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel notamment pour ces installations donc avons été déçus à ce niveau.

I made a last minute plan to stay in Montreal just for one night and the staff at both the front desk and valet parking were incredibly friendly and helpful. The place is in a great location and my room was lovely - very clean and special enhancements (a loofah and bath beads). Would absolutely stay there again.
