Excelente estrutura e localização

Vi var veldig godt fornøyd med hotellet. Hyggelig personale. God frokost. Air condition virker utmerket og rent og ryddig på rommet. 😊👌

It was okay for one night. The single room was very small but clean. Unfortunately, the pillow was uncomfortable, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell due to poor ventilation.

Staff were lovely. Room and shower room were dated but very clean. Beds were very comfortable and we slept well. We didn't have breakfast, however, it did smell very nice every morning on our way out! Wifi was useable but was a little slow.

Wonderfully cozy, spacious & great location

Rinno Hotelに2泊しました。 旧市街の中心からは少し離れており、観光の中心地までは徒歩15分ほどかかります。ただ、その分かなり静かで落ち着いた環境でした。近くには24時まで営業しているMaximaがあり、飲み物や軽食の買い出しにかなり助かりました。 スタッフの方はとても丁寧で礼儀正しく、こちらの要望にも誠実に対応してくれました。部屋も比較的広めで、清掃状態も良好でした。 一方で、部屋の冷蔵庫が動かなかった点は少し残念でした。ドライヤーは問題なく使用できましたが、エレベーターはありません。また、防音は完璧ではなく、多少周囲の音は聞こえました。 設備面は少し惜しい部分もありますが、全体としてはコストパフォーマンスが良く、静かに滞在したい人には向いているホテルだと思います。 設備については、Wi-Fi◯、冷蔵庫✖︎、ドライヤー◯、エレベーター✖︎、シャワー◯、防音△、ベッド◯、コンセント◯、荷物預かり◯、周辺スーパー◯、交通アクセス△でした。

Very helpful and friendly staff, enormous room

Breakfast choice good with hot dishes cooked to order. Water hot and plentiful. Hotel centrally located in old town walkable everywhere. Many restaurants nearby including an excellent Indian place next door.

The front door sometimes doesn’t close all the way, leaving it open for anyone to come in. Very loud and seemingly drunk people right outside the hotel has been a common occurrence, sometimes pounding on the front door and shouting slurs and swears. No staff is present after 8pm to do anything about it. The walls and windows are not soundproof at all, so it sounds like the drunk people yelling outside are very close (which they are). I recommend staying further north in the old town - spend the extra money because it will be worth it.
