Midt i gamlebyen og badebrygge på hotellet . Stort pluss i 35 grader . Rommene gamle , godt med ac. Grei frokost .

Gammal standard på hotell, enkelt och tråkig frukost. Vi skippade äta där och tog frukost ute istället. Kunde inte sitta ute och äta frukost trots att platser fanns precis bredvid vattnet. Hårstrån kvar på väggarna i duschen. Bra med hiss men låg standard och slitet.

The rooms were cleaned daily , very well . Fresh bedding as well as towels provided each time. The hotel itself is looking a bit tired in the bedrooms but as you are out of the hotel during the day it really didn’t matter to us. The view from the outside area is great and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Internet was quite slow in our room on the 2nd floor

This is a lovely hotel and in a prime location. I was here on a solo trip for 4 days. it took me two bus journeys to get here including airport bus from Verona airport. But it is very easy to find and is a few minutes walk from bus stops, ferry ports and cable car. The room I was in was small but clean, very basic and dated but as a solo traveller I didnt mind. No hot drink facilities in the room and very small TV with no digital channels. Not a huge problem but can see why it would for most people. The towels in the bathroom are very very thin and frayed - I thought they were pillow cases. The walls too are very thin and could hear the people in the room next to me snoring and chatting quietly. But bed very clean and comfortable. The hotel offers basic breakfast which is ok, hot eggs, bacon and sausages, cold continental and pastries, coffee machine wasn’t that great but did enjoy the English breakfast teas. The hotel also offers 10% discount at the restaurant which I have to say is stunning and was shocked it wasn’t fully booked every night. You’re basically paying for the location but the food is lovely. Would recommend the seafood spaghetti. Was surprised to see a waiter serving with a hoodie on with the hood up, but all staff are so so lovely and extremely helpful. If you’re travelling here alone you will have no worries.

Everything was good, and the staff was very helpful when asked. The one surprising fault was that the coffee from the machines during breakfast was really bad. It's ground fresh, but the milk substitute tastes terrible. Truly the worst I've had in Italy so far. I've had very good coffee from machines in other countries in Europe.

We enjoyed our stay at this older, but well maintained hotel. It is located lakefront right by the ferry docks which makes it very convenient for those with limited mobility and for those with luggage and don’t want to struggle with it on the cobblestone streets. It also has an elevator/ lift. Despite the location near the docks, we were never disturbed at all by noise. The hotel has air conditioning and a lovely breakfast. The staff is wonderful - always pleasant and most accommodating. We enjoyed the selection of restaurants close by, as well.

Excellent location, staff were friendly, room was quite small. Wall were very thin, we could hear everything the neighbours were doing. It was supposed to be a side lake view, but there was a huge tree blocking line of sight.

Die Lage ist fantastisch, ein bisschen laut auf der Terrasse, was aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, für jeden was dabei ( sehr nette Frühstücks dame ). Ein junger Kellner hatte die Woche über leider täglich schlechte Laune, der Rest war nett. Zimmer sowie das Hotel waren sauber, aber sehr abgewohnt. Würde aber wieder kommen, da Malcesine ein schöner Ort ist.

A bit noisy in the mornings- not by the hotel but outside maintenance. Not awful at all but a bit annoying.

Stanza con soppalco non grande, ma comoda. Abbiamo capito che il condizionatore si accendeva solo se la finestra era chiusa (biglietto messo solo in ascensore e non in camera) dopo aver chiesto in reception! Il parcheggio in centro più vicino, per un giorno 25€.

In the centre of Malcesine which makes it very convenient but also quite loud from the street and square crowds. Lovely view from our balcony and fantastic to be able to swim right from the hotel’s terrace. Other hotels are more suitable for small kids but and longer status but with our teenagers and for a short stay it was great. Too bad breakfast must be eaten indoors. Recommend this place

For a 3 star hotel, this is top tier. Everything you need, closest to the lake you'll get and the bed has so far been the best during my Italy trip. It is a bit dated, but that's expected and acceptable. The price is moreso the luxury of proximity than facilities. The breakfast was as good as a 5 star hotel. Would go here again if in Malcesine.

A really nice corner room with lake view, just by the harbour. Really cool bathroom. Breakfast outdoors, very nice. Cooling was almost non existing, so very warm in the room.
