The property is old , room are totally open for sound and noice , you can listen the neighbor room like they are in your room . The company need to invest some money and renovate it .

The room ac unit was not blowing cold air.

Great place to say steps away from the major tourist center. Front desk, specially alexandro, were very friendly and helpful. Customer service was top notch. Room was comfortable, although some furnishings is dated.. Only negative was we didn't like the toilet flush mechanism.

Prezzo non adeguato alla struttura

The hotel is dated and in need of renovation. On the other hand prices are convenient, rooms are large and confortable, and the location is very good. The staff is excellent and very professional: a special thanks to the receptionists and to the cleaning lady (Rosa) for being so kind and effective.

Struttura in posizione ottimale per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Palermo, ma anche fornia di fermate del bus che permettono di raggiungere la stazione e l'aeroporto

La struttura è vicinissima a piazza Croci e quindi in posizione comodissima per muoversi con i mezzi pubblici per la città così come per venire/andare in aereoporto. Purtroppo però l' hotel sebbene sia in posizione privilegiata in realtà è abbastanza vetusto come condizioni. Arredamento un po' demodé anni 70 che tutto sommato potrebbe anche andare bene, il problema però è che in molti casi si trova la porta rotta e/o prese della luce staccate dal muro e penzolanti! Io ero nella camera 52. In camera TV che funziona con un "modernissimo" decoder e che bisogna accendere e spegnere più volte e/o alternare con accensione/spegnimento della TV ...insomma tecnologia un po' arretrata! La colazione è abbondante e a buffet Bocconcini, pomodori e cetrioli affettati, formaggio e prosciutto a fette per la colazione salata Oppure yogurt, cereali, fette biscottate anche integrali, burro e marmellata, cornetti vuoti, con marmellata, crema, pistacchio e cioccolato Latte, the, caffè americano oppure al bar cappuccini e/o espresso In linea di massima la colazione è varia e abbondante ma il primo giorno ho trovato i cornetti un po' duri, sicuramente avanzo del giorno prima ed il latte un po' acido Non ho detto nulla ma il giorno dopo la brocca del latte era esattamente al livello dove l' avevo lasciata il giorno prima e con lo stesso latte un po' acido, l' ho fatto presente e gentilmente mi hanno dato una tazza di latte fresco. Sono cose che possono succedere ma 2giorni di seguito NO!Attenzione

Doskonale położony hotel. Wyposażenie nieco zużyte, ale pokoje i łazienki obszerne. Czysto. Śniadania jak to we Włoszech z przewagą słodkości i bez ciepłych dań, ale szynka i żółty ser są. Na krótki pobyt optymalny.
