Horrible business and customer service. Doesnt have rooms to accommodate as they should. Ended up having to book another hotel room and they said I would get a refund through this website but now they are denying it when I never even got my room key. The travel insurance is a joke, too. Don't waste your money here!

It was fine, nothing unique

Clean, spacious and very quiet

Old gym equipment, room shade let in alot of light. Great pool. Clean room.

We arrived very tired, our reservation was ready, easy Check in, the room was clean, quiet and relaxing. We slept in comfortable beds, and had a good breakfast before leaving the next morning.

The breakfast was good. There were plenty of choices. The pool is small and no hot tub, but it is a smaller hotel so I guess that’s fitting. The hotel was clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy too.

Property needs some maintenance

This is a three story building with no elevator. The room I booked was not available on the floor. I could access with no stairs. The walls are paper, thin and I could hear everything going on in the next room as if I were there.

Room was clean and easy to access. We stayed in a king suite so had access to fridge and cooking if we chose. Silverware wasnt really provided but we only needed spoons which only serving size available. Coffee in room was decaf only which was alright since coukd get fresh coffee downstairs. But, im up early and like a cup in room as waking up. Check in you lady was absolutely wonder, i just cant remember her name. Breakfast options were nice and always ready on time. Teresa K

Room and breakfast were great. An adjoining room with a noisy neighbor cursing at the TV is not so great. The front desk said you can call ahead to request a non-adjoining room, so make sure to do that!

Pros: Breakfast was available at 5:30am each morning. The hotel is close to the freeway, and there are lots of food options a very short walk away. Everything in Moses Lake is 15 minutes or less driving from the hotel. The bike and elliptical in the exercise room work great. There are a few dumbbells. There are cleaning supplies and towels available in the exercise room, and it was clean every time I used it. The laundry room is through the exercise room. Cons: The only real complaint is that the shower curtain in my room smelled like a long-term resident of the hotel smoked cigarettes in the bathroom with it for months and then dumped an entire bottle of “eau de parfum” on it… I had to keep the bathroom door closed. It seemed that the housekeeper also smelled it because she left the bathroom fan on after cleaning instead of replacing it… The grout in the bathroom also needs some repairs, and the shower head was spraying back at the drywall. I was able to twist the shower head a little to make it less severe. Staying on the second floor, I was pretty close to the pool, and there was a large group with boys stomp-running up and down the hall to and from the pool from 4pm-9pm. So if you want quiet, the second floor near the pool is not for you. Also, the treadmill didn’t work.
