Room was great- restaurant was great- they should offer valet parking we had to walk 8 blocks to a car park, I would have paid to have someone park it for me and bring it to front door.

The bedroom was adequate, but there were no glasses in the bathroom. It was difficult to turn the shower on without getting drenched in cold water. We had a room on the front, 2nd floor, which was a bit noisy

Lovely clean cosy room with a Beatles vibe and comfy bed. Could do with decaf teabags as well as coffee in the rooms. Breakfast was very nice, everything fresh and hot. Great location, very central. Would definitely stay here again. 😊👍

We have been to this hotel a few times. And can see is gone back. The cooked breakfast is shocking bacon sausage black pudding dry . Just poor . Nothing like a few years ago when the food was spot on hot freshly cooked . The room was dark and past its best. No sockets near mirrors . No glass in bathroom . Sadly think we won’t be coming back .

Toilet seat loose , room cold not serviced during stay.? Meal in restaurant was good well served by friendly staff. Unable to get a drink in bar afterwards at 10 pm.

期待して行き、期待通りの滞在ができました。レセプション・スタッフの方々の笑顔に歓迎され、気持ちよく滞在できました。 部屋はバスタブのないシャワーブースで、可動式のハンドシャワーもありませんでしたが、水圧やお湯の温度は申し分なく、特に問題なく快適に過ごせました。 ただ、他の方が書いているとおり、確かにこの季節にしては寒かったです。もっと温かければもっと素晴らしい滞在だったと思います。今月中に大規模改修工事に入るということなので、それを次回に期待したいと思います。 また、以前ネットで見知っていたドアサイン（『Let It Be』や『I Need You』）が他のものにリニューアルしていたこと（ビートルズのビジュアルはデザインとしてありましたが）、シャワーソープなどが音楽をモチーフにしたデザインのものではない、いたってシンプルなアメニティだったところは少し残念でした。せっかくビートルズをテーマにしたホテルなので、ホテルのロゴサインにもなっているギターフレットのデザインや、曲名、ホテル名を入れたオリジナル商品の販売などあれば、もっと楽しいのに…。 とにかくマシュー・ストリートがすぐ隣にあること、主要な観光名所からはだいたい徒歩で行けることなど、立地は最高です。 ホテル近辺にも浮浪者が〝定住”しているのは、仕方がないですかね？ ぜひまた泊まりたいです！

Room was lovely did put a special request as points weren’t gratified last time no reply also room wasn’t cleaned as requested and upon collection of cases had to wait a while as there was staff training as is normal but really only needed a minute of time
