Rating & Review Keseluruhan Holiday Inn Express & Suites LANCASTER-LITITZ by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Booked a room for my family of 5 only to get there and the room could only accommodate 4. As able to literally cram a cot in the room. Found food from previous occupants. Bathroom door had cracks, wall had cracks. Breakfast was decent.

Good location, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Staff was great, rooms clean, and breakfast buffet was good. I would stay there again.

Cozy and quiet.

The hotel was under renovation, but you couldn't tell. It was a very nice hotel. We have stayed there before and everytime it has been clean and the employees are nice and helpful.

Friendly staff, renovated hotel, good location

Very noisy after 11 PM to 1 AM. Sounded like workers doing renovation in the rooms sleeping in the room next to ours.

Clean, great accommodations!

The service at this property was excellent. They were accommodating and gracious. The property was undergoing renovations, so things were outdated and a little messy, but the breakfast buffet area was tidy and the pool was great! Overall, we had a wonderful trip and really appreciated the customer service.

Repairs being done. Dust repair equipment, one elevator couldn't be used.Repair workers were very courteous.

The hotel is still undergoing renovations. Drywall sanding is being done on the first floor and the air is a bit dusty. Also on the second floor there is drywall dust on edges of carpet. Unfortunately, the room in which we stayed had a shower stall that leaked water, with a quarter of an inch accumulating on the bathroom floor upon use.

Great price. Some repairs in progress, but the whole place is getting remodeled. Mostly done, and looking nice. Will stay again.

Absolutely disgusting so disappointed nothing worked. Faucett was dead. Showerhead was plugged crap all over the walls. They were doing repairs in the building so noisy can be or stay ever never again at Holiday Inn.

Room was not taken care of between days and they did not even give us clean towels, we had to go to desk and ask for them. They did not result coffee cups either so we again had to go to front desk to get them. Not very good service for $244 a night.

Overall was ok. Beds were not totally comfortable but thats ok. Checking in and out was super easy. Location to everywhere around was perfect.
