We had a very pleasant experience. The staff are all so amazing, polite, happy, and very conscientious. We had 2 rooms and both were great. I always hesitate to give excellent reviews as i dont want establishments to become complacent and never try to continue to improve. I do believe all hotels in areas of busy traffic and near airports should try to improve window coverings to reduce noise. This is definitely one of the nicer hotels near the airport and we have tried atleast 10. I felt the price was very reasonable and especially when you compare it to the hotels that have a higher star rating. Good value for your money and i have stayed at the hotels with the higher star rating and would not stay at them again. But we will stay here and definitely recommend to friends and family.

We used the pool, and it was fun for the kids. The room was clean and very comfortable bed.

The heat in my room was at 26 the whole time and could not be turned down. I advised the staff and they came to the room 3 times and couldnt fix it. I booked the room with the hot tub. They helpdesk agent informed me that the manager would come and check my room and probably change me rooms. At midnight my room was so uncomfortable and hot it woke me up and I had to go dowstairs to complain againg. They finally change me room and I had to move everything into another room in the middle of the night. I got a standard room with no hot tub like I paid for. Very dissapointed. The next morning the same staff member was at the lobby. I advised him I was never helped like he had promised me the night before. He apologized and said his shift was over and the next person never followed up on my problem.

Over a course of a week, we stayed here twice (mid week we had checked out since we were spent a couple of days in another city a few hours away). The first stay was very good. The room was very clean, and the staff super nice. We arrived early in the morning after coming off a red-eye flight, and the check-in clerk kindly offered their breakfast to us. A nice touch. The 2nd stay we were assigned a room that was not clean at all. There was hair on the bathroom floor. In fact, we can tell the entire room had not been vacuumed. The only other minor complaint is the coffee at breakfast. The food served was pleasantly good, but the coffee was horrible. Suggest them to change their coffee supplier. Overall, a good hotel and would recommend anyone to stay there when visiting Brampton.
