Great staff, but overall run down hotel, and highway noise all night. Highway on one side train on other.

Staff were amazing, parking accommodations were great as we had a truck and trailer, and breakfast was delicious.

Debbie and Marty were great at welcoming us, and Marty let us stay another night in the same room, when the place was booked solid!

Shower took forever to heat, tub filled ankle deep while showering, traffic noise (diesel trucks) all throughout the night

Trash cans overflowing at entrance! Half roll of toilet paper when I first checked in. Room a/c wouldn’t completely cool room! Pool was so hot it was more like a sauna kids couldn’t be in there more than 15 min! And the road noise keep us up all night for 2 nights!!

Great stay

Beds are to hard ,everything else was great.

The staff is very helpful. The room we had on the first floor was right next to a noisy highway. We asked to switch rooms and it was done in a matter of minutes.

Access road leads directly to Appalachian Wireless Arena. Very convenient.

Hotel staff… very friendly. Room was clean. My only issue was the noise above us and it being right beside the highway… it was so hard to sleep from traffic noise.

The staff was fabulous! The hotel was clean. The only problem I had was the noise from the outside traffic while trying to sleep. If you stay here make sure your room is away from the highway.

Staff was friendly enough, she was a little more friendly to the white couple. She shared breakfast time and WiFi info with them and not me and my family! So I did go back and said”so when is breakfast and what is the WiFi info.”
