My family tends to be a bit on the messy side but the room staff always had us properly sorted every day - well done 👏

A large and a very clean room , and an excellent bathtub . Thank you .

Great for a quick stay

Wasnt horrible, but not as clean as it should have been

There isnt a card reader to go up the elevator

Staff were all very polite and eager to help me with anything I had come up

Welcoming staff could have been a bit friendlier. Carpets need to be replaced, elevator buttons updated to work better.

Great hotel. Very close to the location in which I was attending training for the week.

The room was clean, the pillows were so comfy, The bed was always made and the linens always clean. We weren't there long enough to try the swimming pool but we definitely do that next time. We are big fans of the Holiday Inn Express.

Breakfast was terrible.

Strong smell of bleach. I thought it maybe the pool but realized after it was not the pool. It was just everything when I used the towels and face cloths. It was very, very strong. It actually made me feel sick

Recreational stay only used the room to sleep

It was disappointing to pay an additional fee for a breakfasts in advance only to find out when you get to the hotel that it’s a Ricky’s restaurant and the breakfast is only a $10 voucher towards a full menu pricing.

I liked it because it was really convenient to the mall and Other places
