We stayed 2 nights here. The room was good, beds comfortable and large room. The breakfast was good. I like they had a place to fill water bottles with filtered water. We drove to the staircase area of Olympic national park from here. The staff was not rude, but not overly friendly either. I would stay again if in the area.

The staff is on point. It is super quiet and convenient for our needs.

Breakfast was good. Lots of variety and pancake machine. Room was clean and comfortable with refrigerator and microwave.

The staff was excellent and always available to help. We traveled with our kids and used the indoor pool twice and thought it was in ok condition. The double room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was fresh and had a nice food selection.

Everything looked clean. The bed and pillows were very comfy.

Staff on dury was attentive. Room floor had drips of food from prior guest. Barhroom had hair. Toilet seat had yellow grime in hinges. Edges of floor spiled with brown/yellow grime. Bulb out in room lamp. Furnace filter jam packet with dust. Shower was excellent and tub drained well. Not a single table in dining room wiped in the hour we were there during breakfast. Only one staff visibly present for breakfast service. Overall: Front staff friendly, but property not being cleaned well or maintenenced regularly.

Conveniently located

Nice property. Staff was friendly. Bathroom was clean. Our only issue was the curtain wouldn't role up.

Spacious room. Great breakfast. Could not figure out how to turn off desk light, so unplugged it. Choice of coffee unremarkable.

Front desk staff was excellent with smooth check-in and excellent restaurant suggestions. It is located very conveniently to the I-5 and for gas and restaurants

Nice and clean, friendly

Didn't have any Room Service our first 4 days of stay. Had to request fresh towels and empty trast cans Second 2 night stay requested Room Service but had to tell maid one light bulb burned out. Parking limited. Rooms pretty bare for the price they charged.

We loved this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, it was clean, and had everything we needed. The area was very pretty and felt safe. The breakfast had a good variety and was a great way to start our day.

The bathroom was not clean. Hair in shower drain, dirty toilet, and stopper in sink down...I had to reach my hand through dirty water to empty it. Gross! However, the staff did apoligize and try to make it better. Breakfast is great here. And I love the firm and soft pillows.

Good price, friendly staff

Safe parking and a clean lot was the first thing we noticed. The property is well maintained. At check-in the person working was Alex. They were friendly and cheerful, check in was a breeze. Once inside our room, it was clean and comfortable, it had a notice on the desk on how they strive to make your stay enjoyable, and it showed. The shower had plenty of hot water, WiFi access was decent and beds were comfortable. In the morning, the breakfast area was spotless, being constantly attended to by a very nice lady. The foods were good, eggs, breakfast meats, breads and fruit. Plus a pancake maker and warm cinnamon rolls. This place rates in the top of hotels we have stayed at over the years. I wish every hotel/motel would strive to make their properties as nice as this. It was a treat!
