Rating & Review Keseluruhan Holiday Inn TOLEDO-MAUMEE (I-80/90) by IHG, an IHG Hotel

The lady “in charge” of the breakfast was extremely rude to no only me but my girlfriend as well. We paid for breakfast, and she was telling me no buffet to go. When I ordered my food through her she proceeded to go to the buffet and make my breakfast to go. Then the next day did not allow my girl to pick up two plates even though she had two tickets and I had done it the day before. Room was humid and smelled horrible. Not a great place to stay, steer clear!

Very noisy. Perhaps it’s because our room was adjacent to the fitness room that had free weights that were dropped a lot. Needed better isolation from guest rooms.

Disappointed Bistro was closed on Sunday at 7:30…was hoping to get dinner at hotel after 7 hour drive.

I could hear the people above us which was annoying. It was a little outdated compared to another location we stay with Holiday Inn. It was a decent place overall. Clean.

The check in process was quick and easy. The customer service was great and everyone was friendly. The hotel had a lot of amenities nearby which we loved.

Location is in a great spot and very affordable. Definitely a great place to stay!

The staff was very friendly. We were in the area for a dance competition and they let us have an extended check out so we didn’t have to rush out of there in the early morning. The rooms were clean and The beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool.

The checkin was easy, hot coffee & water. Nice pool, great breakfast! Freddie at the front desk was nice. We’ll come again.
