Excellent location for walking thru the Historic district. Staff was super friendly; nice bonus to have a concierge service. Room was clean and perfect for us.

We arrived early after not getting much sleep and the front desk clerk worked with us and gave us a different room so we could get some much needed rest after no sleep and a stressful morning.

Took advantage of the optional valet parking and everything I wanted to experience while there was within walking distance. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly.

My daughter and I had a fabulous stay. It is in the heart of the north historic district and enables you to enjoy all of the many wonderful things to do in the area. If you have children this is a great place to visit with them. They have a fantastic pool on the roof with amazing views. My daughter is 13 and she loved this hotel because they are so family friendly. Their staff is exemplary. We really enjoyed being able to walk to every area and due to its key location the hotel was simple to find. It was lovely, This hotel is a gem and we can’t wait to return again soon!

Excellent location.

It is conveniently located within walking distance of River Street. The room was clean and our view was perfect for watching the ships going up and down the river. Loved the roof top pool. The one thing they should really think about changing is the automatic coffee vending machine. What? Why? Bring back coffee decanters! No one wants to wait in line for coffee to be made one cup at a time.

Awesome location. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Actual room looked dingy, brown spots on ceiling and wall, dirty carpet and broken floor pieces in bathroom.

Convenient location and nice hotel. Elevator was a bit squeaky but seems to work fine. Hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

One of my favorite hotel to stay in Savannah. Centrally located. City parking garage is right next door. Walking distance to numerous great restaurants like the Pink House and Vic's on the River. Steps away from River Street. Nice rooftop pool and hot tub. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Front desk staff is always happy and helpful

Stayed there twice during a weeklong trip. The first check in and stay was wonderful. The second check-in didn’t go as well. They were very unorganized and were supposed to call us when our room was ready, but didn’t. So I called them and they spent 15 minutes trying to figure out if it was ready or not. They finally told us it was so we went back to the hotel to check in and was told our room wasn’t ready. Outside of that everything was wonderful. I would stay here again. Great location the rooms are very nice and the free breakfast is top notch. As far as the parking goes, they charge $48 for valet and that is the only option. What we did was park in the parking garage literally right next-door to the hotel for $12. It’s the same place that valet parks your car….lol
