Had a roach in the middle of the floor on check in.

I enjoyed the room. The staff was nice, no matter who I encountered. The room was clean and I would book again.

I liked that fresh brewed coffee was available 24/7. The beds were comfortable and I loved having a kitchen with a large refrigerator.

well maintained and clean property

I like that every thing was clean, our room had a kitchenette, dinning and living room also...staff was nice... We drove 6 hours and was able to check in early... Will recommend to my friends and family.

Everyone was very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable

Hotel stay was average. Great location but the property is outdated. We had the loudest people above us till 11pm at night. Hotel did nothing about the noise. Bed was comfortable when we finally could sleep. Good location to Town Center but will not stay here again.

I thought the staff was really quite nice and helpful. Property was a good good standings and I didn’t like the way the door is when you come in with your luggage I thought it should’ve been in the middle with the bigger door other than that everything was really nice.

Pet fee is high $75 a night. No where listed in the description.

The rooms were clean, the doors to the rooms would not close completely. You had to pull them hard to ensure that the door was closed.

The favts that there was bo hot water at one point and the tiolet stopped up.

We stayed because my daughter had a competition. No one contacted me to tell me there had obviously been some water damage to the hotel. Industrial fans were everywhere. It smelled horrible. People beside us argued late into the night. Was supposed to have a Queen bed. Had a double. Road noise was awful. We had a horrible night sleep. Fans were super load in the hallway. It was have been nice to know prior to arriving to a non-refundable hotel. This made it to where we had to stay.

We love coming to this location because it’s family friendly. Our shower did have a leak that went on all night
