Great location and staff

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. My room was spotless, with fresh linens and a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. The entire property feels cozy and welcoming, with tasteful decor and a quiet, peaceful atmosphere.

What a fabulous hotel - brilliant location, right next to the Ponte Vecchio, yet quiet. Lovely friendly welcome, beautiful rooftop bar too.

We loved this unique hotel. The room is very spacious and the bathroom upstairs is nice however if you need to use the restroom at night it can be difficult. The breakfast included with our stay was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend

チェックインが深夜2時近くだったがシャワーブースがドアが壊れていて水がベッドの下まで入り、他の部屋に移った。しかしこれについてきちんと謝罪がなく貴重な意見ありがとうというコメントとともにオーデコロンがプレゼントされた。宿泊代金は前払いだったのでそのまま払った。部屋が使いにくかったが、あとは問題なく親切だったと思います。。

Beautiful boutique property situated in the heart of the city. Staff so warm, welcoming and helpful Great restaurants and shopping. The very best time.

Always a great stay

Awesome property and location

Had a room with the bathroom access up some stairs which wasn't ideal. The room was also on the smaller size for us however it was very quiet and clean.

Walking distance to Uffizi Galery and Pitti Palace. The spaghetti Marinara from room service was unbelievably tasty!

This has been one of our more remarkable stays in a while. We travel monthly all over Europe, and a well-known fact of others that enjoy overseas travel, a 4 star or even 5 star property does not always translate to the quality or luxury we usually expect in the US. This hotel ticked every box for us. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable...we were right across from the Ponte Vecchio with a view of the river ...the location allowed us to walk to every destination. But above all was the excellent service and attention of the staff. We arrived quite late and appreciated the warm welcome upon checking in with Stefano. The staff took every opportunity to make us feel we were valued guests and had everything we needed. Special thanks to Aschraf for his above and beyond consideration and attention. He made sure we were hydrated and pointed in the right direction every day! When we ventured to the rooftop to catch the view even though the bar area was closed for the season, he showed up to take pictures of us. Our thanks to the rest of the staff as well - Alison, Christina, Leonardo, Luca, Luka, Madalena, Mina and Roberto Well done.

The hotel is in an excellent location for walking, shopping proximity to the sites and food options. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating.

A coffee machine in the breakfast room would be great

Favorite place to stay in Italy. Clean, comfortable and the staff is wonderful.
