Bed was very comfortable, kitchen area had everything we needed.

There were no clear or proper instructions provided for connecting to the Wi-Fi. At around 10:00 p.m., I tried calling the front desk multiple times but no one answered. On the same night, several hockey teams were staying at the hotel and were partying until 2–3 a.m., and the noise seriously disrupted our rest.

Friendly staff. Fast and easy check-in. We had a 2 room suite which offered plenty of room for 4 adults.

Both mornings we went down at least 30 minutes before breakfast ended only to find there's nothing left. We asked them to give us some more batter so we could at least make a waffle and they said that the person who's in charge of breakfast leaves 30 minutes before breakfast ends. So whatever is out there is out there and basically fend for ourselves. Not impressed.

Front walkway not shovelled, garbage overflowing, complimentary coffee had zero cream or milk. Numerous dirty cups and spills on the counter. One operational elevator, no towels at the pool. No bedding for the pull-out. Breakfast was weak.

The staff was great; very accommodating, friendly, and professional. The room was very clean except there were a few suspicious leftover hairs around the tub. Unfortunately, the jetted tub’s jets didn’t work and it had a leaky faucet when I was filling the tub and it didn’t stop. Therefore, it was quite noisy through the night and they didn’t have maintenance working to fix it. Also, the stove top isn’t straightforward to use so I just ended up using the microwave. The pool isn’t very big, so if families are using it, be prepared to share your space. The pool water isn’t warm either so don’t expected a heated pool. Overall, the stay was good, but be careful booking a room with a jetted tub and don’t expect an amazing pool or super easy stove top.

Room was messy. Under the bed/couch were absolutely disgusting. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. There was a gross cucumber piece in the elevator for two days.

Check in was terrible staff at front desk change policy’s by the minute had breakfast got sick last night car broken into lost hundreds told staff they really did not care

Great jacuzzi tub in room! Breakfast was okay overall, could possibly have a few more hot options out.

Excellent room. Breakfast was decent. Snacks are available at a fee, and water bottles are free at the front desk. The pool is not heated and was virtually unusable, but the jacuzzi tub in the room made up for that. Would absolutely stay here again.
