Ubicación perfecta

Great AC. Friendly staff

Me gustó mucho quedarme aquí. Las instalaciones muy bien, el desayuno era agradable y el beneficio del traslado al aeropuerto muy conveniente. Los alimentos a la carta estaban bastante condimentados, en lo personal no lo disfrute, pero quizá solo fue mi paladar.

I reserved because it has a shuttle from and to the airport, but they weren’t picking up the phone so I could get there to sleep a few hours and catch my next flight.

Very nice, only thing was hearing the staff prepare for breakfast at 5 am was not something I like to wake up to.

Love is good just don't like at all that the cleaning staff open the door in the morning when ew where still sleeping an the no disturb sign

Cerca del aeropuerto, excelente servicio.

We spent 2 days and everything was excellent just the air conditioning was making noises that didn’t let me sleep well. All the staff were very friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast was very good. I will stay there next time I visit Monterrey

In all honesty its pretty weird, we are a a family of 4 checking with two daughters of age 7 and 6 months and wanted our children to present a government ID for them to stay there

El hotel es bueno para estancias rápidas y necesarias, el desayuno incluido no es el más apetecible

Difícil acceso por las condiciones de la vialidad.

La habitación estaba limpia, pero las condiciones generales del Hotel ya no son óptimas. Se ve el paso de los años y no hace sentido el costo de la renta diaria por el servicio prestado no es recomendable para mí.
