Rating & Review Keseluruhan Parrot Key Hotel & Villas

Room was spacious and very clean, hotel has several pools and an only adults one. Only thing that was not good was the check in, Ashley was not friendly or polite at all, didn’t explain anything about the hotel.

Excellent room service facility staff

We checked in late on 7/19 around 10:30pm. Very inflexible for a late check out even though I am a VIP member. No VIP perks besides the room upgrade which is average, with no view (picture attached) not to mention the key card gets demagnetized 3 times so we found ourselves back and forth to the front desk. And lastly, the pool is filled with dead mosquitoes. I really dont know how this hotel gets exceptional reviews because I have been here for less than 24hrs and my experience is below mediocre

We traveled as a 3-generational family and loved the layout of our unit. Spacious, tastefully designed villa with pools steps away.

Check in fácil! Estacionamento fácil (com taxa de $30/day). Excelentes piscinas (1 piscina com música e criança + 3 piscinas reservadas para adultos). Não conseguimos o serviço de quarto (apesar de ter sido solicitado). Concierge muito atencioso, nos ajudou com reservas de jetski, bicicletas e dicas de restaurante.

The hotel was nice and service was good. the pool wasn't very clean but i can understand it's was hard to keep it clean with all the trees and leaves around. If you want to relax and enjoy a relaxed stay, this place is for you. good location.

Staff and area were very nice. Room was large and very clean and comfortable

The cafe’s food was so-so. The server, Ramona, was amazing. Loved her. The rooms were spacious and quiet, but the beds were hard and the pillows were not comfortable. There were several pools to choose from. Loved all the chickens and kitties that were around. Love that the staff was so friendly. Would stay here again.

Love how green and lush the property is. The rooms are great for groups. The jet ski rentals were a highlight of our trip!

Had ability to rent bikes or carts and book excursions onsite. Just far enough outside of the tourist area so it was quiet and not crowded with traffic

Wonderful place. Only negative thing was that the trees around in the pool area and terrasse was too high.

Pros - We enjoyed our stay at parrot key. Pools were nice and there was several of them. We had the partial water view and the patio was great. Food is good and they will serve you right at all of the pools. Very convenient. Can rent a golf cart on site which is great. Cons- The floor rugs in our villa were disgusting. Need stanley steamer to make 3 trips in there. Mandatory valet parking sucks. I didnt use my car all but once for the entire week and you still have to pay their fee everyday. Not ideal when the hotel is already costing a lot. Overall, we do like it here, although a couple things they need to get sorted out.

It’s a very nice property and having multiple pools gives you a little bit of privacy.

Service was excellent, our villa was located near the pool. Room was clean along with the entire property. Highly recommend
