Rating & Review Keseluruhan Holiday Inn ROCKY MOUNT - I-95 AT US 64 by IHG, an IHG Hotel

I needed a refrigerator for my cooler items as well as medication. The frig in the room was not working and was moldy. When I called to the front desk they offered to move rooms but i had already unpacked. I packed everything in ice in the trash baskets overnight. The staff did offer me 7000 IHG points that I gladly accepted. Otherwise room was great, bedding nice and bed comfortable. The server in the breakfast area was very nice but breakfast took at least 20 minutes to be served. Hotel is conveniently off 95

The customer service at the front desk was great! Friendly and helpful - all 3 team members I dealt with at front desk were the best. My only negative would be housekeeping. The bathroom was not clean. The shower floor was black with dirt. There were hair and mold in the shower area. Just needed a good scrubbing. I would stay here again.

Nicer than most Holiday Inn establishments. Friendly front desk staff.

The room is poorly furnished with no dresser or place to sit at a table, with a small tv and odd remote control functions. I am happy to have a clean place to lay my head, but the room is not up to standards by far!

As soon as we walked into the lobby you could smell smoke even though it says smoke free. The hallways were dark and muggy, very musky smell throughout the room and hotel overall. The AC in the room kept turning off. In addition to that, since the property is off the highway, we kept hearing trucks all night long. Wouldn’t recommend.
