Everything was great, only small issue was that the Netflix did not work in the living room and I had to pull the bedroom TV off the wall to plug in the DVD player. Not big issues, we very much enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was just ok. Towels were very cheap and smelt awful.

It’s my favourite hotel between Banff and Canmore. It had absolutely everything once can ask for; kitchen, outdoor hot tubs, fully equipped room, and the staff were amazing!

Room was well appointed and in very good condition. We enjoyed the balcony. Never was able to get the fireplace to come in but it was pretty anyway. Very nice shower with body jet system.

I booked this room for my family for a special celebration. The hotel was responsive on accessibility requests and even had a special surprise in the room, as I had noted there was a birthday being celebrated. Very happy with the service of this hotel and would both stay again, and recommend to others! Thanks to the team, super thoughtful and exceeded expectations:)

Everything about this place wasüũ up until the end u

The bed was extremely uncomfortable to the point where I checked out 1 day early to avoid another sore back , spend some money on the beds it would make people much happier spending top dollar to stay at the hotel ,

Good shower, nice fireplace, quiet room and comfortable bed. But there was no way to get local programming or cable channels on the TV. And the streaming shows provided were not choices I would make. That was disappointing.

The room was perfect! Very clean. Had everything I needed. The front counter staff were always there to help.

Loved it but the gym only has 3 cardio machines and nothing else . No weights , no bands , kettle bells , machines ect . Would be nice to have a full gym setup .

Not the same experience saying at the falcon as we had last year. Bed was horrible. Bedding had an extreme amount of pilling. Most staff were good. Staff member that we had upon arrival was not very polite. Seemed to be treating us poorly based solely on the fact that we booked through Expedia and didn’t call and book direct with hotel. Main hot tub was out of service on last night due to maintenance dosing with way too much chlorine. Second hottub was not hot at all. And full of grit on the seats (possibly salt transfer for the concrete pad surrounding tub). Overall not what we expected based on last years stay. Most likely looking to book at a different hotel next time.

Got their and was immediately upgraded to a kings suit with a mountain view.we we're extremely happy with all staff . Very well done folks . We will be back
