Todo muy bien

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, pues está a 10 minutos de la plaza de armas caminando. El estacionamiento es un muy buen plus, y más por la zona en la que se encuentra. Nos atendieron muy amablemente y todas las instalaciones estaban muy limpias. Lo recomiendo ampliamente...

The room was a little smelly

En relación precio-calidad el hotel está muy bien. El personal de limpieza excelente, siempre mantenían la habitación y el resto de las instalaciones limpias. El personal del restaurante siempre muy atento durante el desayuno buffet, estaban al pendiente de resurtir los platillos.

This is a nice little hotel in el centro, close to everything, with parking and breakfast is great! Nice, clean, safe place to rest after long days exploring.

The rooms were clean

The property was great. We had big rooms. The beds were hard but we didnt lose sleep over it. They have a restaurant on property, we did not eat there but would be convenient. We didn't use the gym. We did use the nice cold a/c, which was great. Reception gave us great ideas on things to do and restaurant recommendations. Their parking varage was a big bonus for our large family, it was safe and they close the garage at night but have staff to open it. Over all will stay again.

Todo muy bien solo que no se veía ningún canal en la tv pero todo en general bien.

Pros: Clean, large shower w good pressure, excellent location. A/C quiet and works well. Water bottles provided in room. Nice common areas. Quiet for the most part*. Cons: Can't access the terrace unless using the restaurant. The room doors* in hallway are very loud / jarring. Restaurant hours posted are iffy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Pésimo menú del desayuno

Location was ok, just 7 blocks away from the main square. The area doesn’t look safe at night and not too many restaurants around. You will have to walk to the main square. The hotel is ok but the bed and pillows are extremely hard and the water has a strong smell. Specially the hot water. Breakfast is ok.
