Great location on the front in St Julian’s bay, good sea view. Breakfast was a good start to the day and comfortable room. Only issue for me was cleanliness- there was a used bag of soap being the sink, which tells me it was not cleaned properly. Other than that all ok

Without doubt the greatest aspect of this hotel are the staff from the cleaning staff to the reception team They all work tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of your stay is first class From a welcoming smile upon booking in to a personalized service at breakfast The staff are excellent Even the leaning staff go out their way to ensure your stay is stress free Yes the rooms are clean the bedding comfortable and the hotel itself is well presented but the staff are first class I look forward to my next visit

Bewertung: ★★☆☆☆ Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings nicht besonders komfortabel. Das Bett war ungemütlich, und die Bettwäsche bestand lediglich aus zwei übereinandergelegten Laken, ohne Bezug. Die Fenster sind einfach verglast, wodurch man alles draußen sehr deutlich hört – Autos, Fußgänger etc. Auch die Türen sind sehr dünn, sodass man die Geräusche der Nachbarn deutlich wahrnimmt. Das Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen, insbesondere der Wurst und des Kaffees, war enttäuschend. Die Frühstückszeiten (7:30–9:30 Uhr) sind im Urlaub etwas knapp bemessen, wenn man entspannt starten möchte. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die zentrale Lage und das freundliche Personal. Leider hatten wir auch Probleme mit Kakerlaken, die wir drei Tage lang im Flur beobachten konnten. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel eine gute Lage, aber in Sachen Komfort, Ausstattung und Frühstück gibt es deutlichen Verbesserungsbedarf.

The hotel doesn’t take care anything, they don’t care customer. I asked for refund or change the room. They refused to be responsible for it. Also, Expedia didn’t not help with the refund or show any responsibility. Very disappointed, that is why they layoffs a lot of their employees because the company is d... Do not use Expedia and this hotel. Seriously you don’t want to have bad experiences on your trip.

I've made over 30 trips to Malta and this is my go to hotel for Malta. Always staying at this hotel. The staff are exceptional in the way they look after guests the hotel is clean and tidy and rooms and beds are comfortable. if you include breakfast there is a good selection of hot and cold foods with all the staples you would expect and I found all my meals to be filling and of a really high standard. The local area has a good selection of cafes and restaurants all of which are reasonably priced and serve good quality plentiful food. It can get busy at times being on the coastal road but I've never found it too noisy. Easy walking distance for local transport and tourist buses Would happily recommend and will be staying there later in the year

Nice location, but all really old and bad mantain. Small balcony, you can just sit with one person. Airco in the livingroom didnt really work anymore.

Bonjour, Aucun membre de l'équipe ne maîtrise le français. Toutefois, il serait plus judicieux de mettre à jour vos photos, car cela commence à dater, à mon avis. L'accueil diffère complètement de celui présenté sur la photo. En ce qui concerne la chambre, les murs ont été repeints, mais de manière bâclée, car il y a beaucoup de débordements. Le wi-fi fait défaut, car il est impossible de se brancher. L'espace pour l'entrée de la douche est vraiment limité. Je me suis ébouillantée 2 ou 3 fois en manipulant le robinet, par rapport à la cantine. C'est regrettable qu'il soit situé dans une pièce fermée sans fenêtre. Conservez vos valises depuis le matin jusqu'au soir le jour d'arrivée et le jour de départ. C'est très plaisant.

Loved the property but staff are the worst. Rude insensitive.

Good aspects were a convenient location, spacious and clean room with lovely view of St Julian's Bay and friendly, helpful reception staff. Only downside was that it is a bit noisy - on a busy road close to bars, and there was quite a lot of noise from other residents playing loud music in their rooms.
