Overall it was an ok stay with my family of 5. Checking in was painless. We had issues with our key cards being deactivated. Linens were not replaced as advertised in room so keep that in mind and call the front desk if you need new towels or wash cloths provided. There is no refrigerator in room and we kinda expected that there would be a mini fridge. Bring a cooler if you are planning on bringing your own food.There is a shared microwave near a vending machine.

We checked in late - front desk told us “lots of restaurants opened late” - all closed by 10:00 pm including pizza. When we arrived the front desk agent was wearing tee shirt and jogging pants. The hotel itself was run down and appeared to be more of a hospital than hotel with secure fir doors everywhere. No ice or vending machines. Exterior was full of weeds. Rating in hotel much higher than service or appearance - glad it was just stopover night!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was great! No complaints. The only complaint would be the breakfast options but it wasn’t that big of a deal since there were so many other food options available to us.

Nice on-the-Road hotel. It would be nice to have more variety for breakfast.

The breakfast was very poor. Powdered sugar doughnuts and granola bars are not breakfast items. They are empty calories. There was no orange juice or hot water for tea. Very disappointing. The room was fine.

No in-room Refrigerator. Small room with a funny smell. No breakfast to speak of. Homeless vagrants in area attacked and damaged my car. I would not stay there again. The mattresses seems new though.

Hallways and rooms reek of marijuana

The front door is very hard to get in if in a wheel chair. It is at the top of a steep incline l. The door is a right handed door that is extremely heavy and hard to open. The mat outside the hangs up the wheels on the chair going in and out is dangers. Leaving the lobby you have to go thur another heavy door to go to room or elevator. The seat in the roll in shower was broken and shower unable to be used. Luckly i could stand to shower. I reported. When checking out and the ftont deck cleck looked at me like i had 2 heads.

My husband and I stayed here the night prior to The Boilermaker 15k road race. Great location, close to the finish line. The hotel offered late check out to the runners and also welcomed us with water upon check in and put out a light breakfast much earlier than their scheduled time. Many restaurants in walking distance.

Great for quick one night stay for the Boilermaker. Outside looks old, but rooms have been updated on inside. Pleasantly surprising

There were zero amenities. No microwave, no refrigerator, no pool, and breakfast only consisted of a granola bar or a cookie and an apple. The reason I gave two stars because the rooms were clean in the beds were comfortable

Cancelled this reservation when we arrived and saw the condition of the property. Roof eaves hanging off roof. First floor windows covered with white plastic. Smell d like mold and mildew in lbby

This is a basic of basics stay. It's really a motel level property.

This property was old, outdated, dirty. It smelled bad everywhere- rooms, hallways, lobby. Not a pleasant stay.

Stayed one night during my travel from Niagara to New Hampshire and stay was Ok. Close to I-90 freeway and downtown made easy access to dine in options. Hotel staff is very courteous. Property looks very old however maintained.

The property was in bad repair. Only one car in the parking lot. I didn’t feel safe checking in so I went elsewhere.
