Hotel was clean and breakfast ok. Very poor customer service on arrival. Ignored at check in and unwelcoming. Delay on room being ready. First impressions count!

Quarto muito pequeno, a rua não é muito silenciosa. Na reserva dizia que o café da manhã está incluído, mas tive que pagar no local.

Personnel peu accueillant. Petit-déjeuner laisse à désirer, aucune flexibilité de la personne en charge, à 10h00 fin du petit-déjeuner et tout le monde doit sortir de l'endroit que ton petit-déjeuner soit terminé. ou non, très pénible

The hotel was a little hard to find coming directly from the airport but once we found it, overnight street parking was convenient and safe. Staff were so pleasant and helpful. The patio area out back was perfect to decompress after walking all day. Breakfast was nice and everything we had was fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this hotel.

Ficamos 3 diárias no hotel, a experiência foi muito boa. Atendimento muito bom, café excelente. O hotel fica muito próximo do terminal central de Roma. Ha vários restaurantes bem próximos de qualidade e excelentes preços. Limpeza diária no quarto, sem precisar solicitar. Tudo muito bom!!

Man får, hvad man betaler for. Det er ikke det dyreste hotel i Rom, og standarden er derefter. Beliggenheden ikke i top, men som forventet med beliggenhed i nærheden af togstationen. Billederne lever ikke helt op til virkeligheden. Jævn morgenmad. Men god service og dejlig terrasse.

We were a bit concerned with the negative reviews before we went. The rooms are basic but clean and cleaned every day. Breakfast is what you would expect in any hotel in Italy. The staff were helpful and accommodating to requests for additional tea and coffee in the garden area. There is graffiti on the walls in the street but you see that all over Rome. The hotel was close to a supermarket and dining options and a couple of blocks from the metro.

Hotel is very dirty. Location in bad area.

Area isn’t good the hotel looks much better at the internet . It’s need a lots of maintenance

Just right for us,. the room, the breakfast bar and the maid service. She changed the bed everyday. The bed was so nicely made it felt like the sheets were ironed. Very Very clean, the whole place. Quaint and nice
