Step stairs and limited brekfast items, but still nice and very good location

Apesar da ótima localização e da oferta de café da manhã (simples, mas bem servido), a ausência de elevador para acessar os andares superiores é um grande incômodo. Também tivemos, infelizmente, um contratempo com a reserva de transfer para o aeroporto, feita pela recepção do hotel. No dia e horário acordados, o motorista do veículo alegou que não conseguiria abrigar a bagagem e simplesmente desapareceu, sem prévio aviso…sorte nossa de sempre reservarmos tempo adicional para essas situações e poder solicitar um Uber sem maiores consequências. Uma pena…

Vi hade ett rum högst upp i huset med 3 trappor som dessutom var svängda och långa -INGEN HISS! Frukosten halvbra men värst var att släpa bagage 3 tr.

Breakfast menu was limited

Please, do NOT come here. Most of the rooms are at another building. The small stairs there are a nightmare, very narrow, old, and unreliable. It is almost impossible to get upstairs (let alone downstairs) with a suitcase. The hotel was in a great location and the price was okay. The staff is a real mess; they are absolutely unwilling to help the guests for even a minute. They sit on chairs at the reception all day. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional. We spoke to several people who had trouble getting upstairs or downstairs with a suitcase. The beds are uncomfortable,

A good place if you are not planning to stay in

Nice place in the middle of everything. Walking distance to most places. Simple breakfast but it did the job. Nice large rooms but the glas walls to the toilet was kind of strange. 😂

Not a fancy place, but you can't beat the location. The tours start just a block away and the celestial clock tower is just around the corner. So 4 stars: the place is clean and well maintained (it's an older building so no elevator and tall (over 5'10") people need to duck to not bump their head on the stairs. The beds are hard, the breakfast is okay (not fancy, but cereal, bread, rolls, sausage, juice and coffee). Staff was friendly... Enough and the place was secure (you have to ring the door bell to get let in every time you enter).

Feukost katastrof, vattenläcka så det droppade in i rummet.

Some boil eggs should be great and less processed meats ,also ,an additional pillow will be really appreciated. The rest, was a good experience and absolutely recommend.

Nice hotel, great location, decent breakfast but the staff should work on their people skills. Extremely sour and curt bunch of people.

Cleaning staff always present and cleaning the rooms daily. And the breakfast fresh and very complete.

Otelin sadece konumu güzel, kalan herşey çok kötü kahvaltı çok kötü, odalar ahşap, üstünüzde kalanlar gece yürüdüğünde sizi uyandıracak kadar ses çıkıyor, odalar temiz değil

Otel konum olarak mükemmel bir yerde. Otelin tek guzel tarafi bu. Oldukca eski, klima yok. Sadece bir tane fan koymuslar. Dolaplar falan herşey eski. Calisan personel işini sevmiyor da zorla calistiriliyorlar gibi. Sehrin en guzel yerinde oldugu icin tercih edilebilir. Kahvaltisi cok zayif. Masalar birbirine cok yakin tıkış tıkış.

La habitación es súper cómoda y grande, me gustó mucho la forma de la Habitación, el personal que me recibió fue muy atenta, el personal de noche ( una chica joven) es muy seca y no tiene nada de ética.
