Kova sänky ilman petauspatjaa. Ei ilmastointia. Ei varatyynyjä. Henkilökunta ilmeetöntä tai töykeää. Aamiaisella kovia tomaatteja, korkealla hyllyllä, johon 160cm pituinen ei yletä. Kahvilaite koko ajan rikki. Portaat jyrkät ja kapeat, ei hissiä. Vain yksi avain huoneen käyttöön. Ainoa kiitettävä asia on erinomainen sijainti keskellä vanhaa kaupunkia.

Die Lage direkt in der Altstadt ist unschlagbar. Das Frühstück ist es leider nicht, am besten ohne buchen, es gibt in der Umgebung super Möglichkeiten. Das Haus ist alt, hat sehr hohe Räume mit Balkendecke und die Möbel sind passend. Allerdings quitscht jede Diele, dass kann schon mal störend sein. Als wir am 12.04.ankamen haben wir unser Gepäck in einem Raum untergebracht und mussten dafür 5€ zahlen. Bei der Abfahrt am 17.04.haben wir wieder das Gepäck gelagert und mussten nichts dafür zahlen. Es kommt wohl sehr darauf an, wer an dee Rezeption sitzt. Allerdings habe ich auch noch nie eine Gebühr dafür zahlen müssen.

There was a lot of stairs to get to our room. -over 70 to haul up luggage with no elevator. Would not recommend for an elder person or one with any injuries !

Great location Staff was not helpful--requested extra pillows 7 times b4 we received them They gave us a room on the top with 5 sets of stairs with loose/broken hand rails. We requested a room on a lower due to my knee problems--they refused We requested no cleaning & they cleaned the room anyway Water temperature in shower was not stable

If you ONLY prioritize the location, this hotel could be an option. But if you want good service, comfortable beds, and a decent breakfast, we recommend choosing another hotel. The staff, especially the receptionist, was an absolute disaster. We have never encountered anyone who so openly shows a lack of interest in taking care of guests. She was constantly scrolling on her phone, rude, arrogant, and barely answered our questions. When we asked for contact details for a manager, she claimed there was none on-site, and when we insisted, she only gave us the reception's phone number. The stairs are steep and difficult to climb, so this is not a good option for those with mobility issues. The beds are rock-hard, with no mattress topper, so you are essentially sleeping directly on the box spring.

La chica de recepción no nos dio ninguna información. Tuvimos que preguntar el horario del desayuno, no nos dijo ni donde era ni nada. Muy mala atención. Y al salir nos quieren cobrar 15€ por habernos ido a las 11:40 cuando en recepción no nos dijeron el horario de check out, dimos por hecho que a las 12

The hotel was extremely bad in many ways, but where they truly managed to be the worst—something that still surprises me and will for a long time—was their service. You could do the bare minimum and still be a million times better than what they managed to accomplish. The workers were outright rude, had a terrible attitude, threw insults, and scrolled on their phones while you stood there waiting for them to buzz you in through the door. The breakfast was awful in every possible way. To keep it short, the buffet was as small as it could be, and most of the food was old. You could tell from miles away that the bread was several days old because it was completely dry. Overall, do not stay at this hotel! If you can’t afford something slightly more expensive, take the absolute cheapest option elsewhere, and I promise you it will still be better.

My children and I stayed for 2 nights. The receptionist was really lovely & helpful. Location is amazing, literally a stone away from the wonderful Christmas markets. Room was spacious & clean, the view from our windows were lovely too. We will stay again, thank you

Location top! Right to Staromestske namesti and the Orloi. Close too everything (Vaclavak, Karluv most, Hradcany) Old hotel very noisy (from outside, floors, neighbor rooms). Simple breakfast (ok for us who are lokal) Not sure about fire safety (on top floors) Overall old, weary, simple but ok for us.

Great rooms, comfortable living, best location, super clean.

Location is incredibly good. Stayed in the loft. Pretty sure the spiral stairs within loft would not comply with any building standards. Halfway up only just enough room to walk up if turn to your side. And I am slim. Was scarey at night as stairs were steep too. Three floors; NO lift! Also was very hot at night despite having no heating on. Toilet seat kept slipping. Shower head very low- so not much good if you are tall. Also shower within bath so be careful here. Breakfast was adequate.. but no eggs. Reception staff not at all welcoming or helpful. Except when we were leaving. Also walls are thin and we had noisy neighbours on both sides. Ladies cleaning rooms and in the breakfast room worked hard all day and their efforts were appreciated. However; location is brilliant as stated before.

I stayed here with family in 2018 and had a great experience so decided to stay here again. I was extremely disappointed. Cons - I encountered two different front desk girls and both were very unfriendly, unhelpful and just looked like they didn’t want to be there. I suggest customers service training or new staff - the cleaning ladies were friendlier. We had to store our luggage as our room wasn’t ready and were charged for the storage room even though the website clearly states free luggage storage. She tried to say we had too many bags. There was 4 of us and 4 bags. We didn’t argue and just paid as it wasn’t worth it and the attitude of the girl was extremely bad. Pro - only pro to the experience was the breakfast. There was a lot to choose from, fresh and tasty. Overall, I won’t be returning to this property in the future.

The Hotel is in a really good location and super convenient for the main square. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and unique. Only issue found was the bath was too small to sit in comfortably and the ceiling was too low to use the shower standing up.
