The gem as far as this hotel is the staff-universally kind and helpful. Even indulged me in helping to learn the language.

Hotel bien équipé, propre, personnel attentif et bienveillant. Et le centre ville n'est pas loin. Très satisfaisant, ...ce serait parfait sans l'odeur de produit d'entetien qui flotte dans les couloirs...

Very close distance to centro. Very friendly staff. Big, clean and very comfortable bed. Spacious room . Bathroom and room dirty and dusty. Floor in the room absolutely horrible, should he changed ages ago. Breakfast very average . Burned bacon, not eatable scramble eggs but what put as not going back to eat breakfast next day was all the available ham looked like a week old it was very scary to try .

Fint hotel men fick rum med fönster mot minimal innergård så kändes lite instängt. För stark parfymdoft i rum efter rumsstädning.

Bel hôtel, à 10min à pied du centre ville. Possibilité de garer la voiture gratuitement dans les rues parallèles. Petit de qualité.

Bekvämt, modernt hotell 10 min promenad från Leeces historiska centrum. Rummen enkla och snygga, finns allt man behöver. Bra frukostbuffé. Trivsamma restauranger på nära håll. Rekommenderas!

Me molesta que me ofrezcan un beneficio privilege gold y luego NO CUMPLAN EN NADA, up grade NO, botella de vino NO y check out later no me lo ofrecieron. Prefiero que no ofrezcan ningún beneficio. El digusto es tb con Hoteles.com que no verifican

Le parking au sous-sol de l'hôtel. Il n'est pas très loin des lieux touristiques. Le cadre est moderne et la salle de bain correcte sans être grande.

Struttura moderna, non dotata di parcheggio

Ingresso favoloso, camere molto deludenti, i bagni sembrano quelli delle autogrill

Struttura sembra da poco rinnovata, ma già in fase decadente: moquette macchiata, doccia rovinata, piani di appoggio accanto al letto sporchi. Personale gentile. Non mi è stata consegnata la bottiglia di vino teoricamente compresa con la prenotazione, che comunque non avrei accettato in quanto viaggiavo con solo bagaglio a mano.

Gewoon een gemiddeld hotel met een lege parkeerplaats voor de deur waar “de directeur/eigenaar een paar uur later moet parkeren” aldus de staff

Ottima struttura completamente rinnovata. Vicina al centro e facilmente raggiungibile personale gentilissimo e buona colazione

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik vond het vreemd dat je geen ei kon krijgen bij het ontbijt.

Top Frühstück, nettes, ansprechendes Hotel mit sehr zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern. Parken in der Tiefgarage um €10,- ist OK. Innenstadt in 20Min. fussläufig erreichbar.

Hotel molto bello e moderno, attento riguardo al cliente, vicino al centro e zona discretamente tranquilla! Lecce meravigliosa vale una visita di un paio di giorni, non perdete la sera: magica! Peccato non aver potuto vedere il museo ferroviario( chiuso in occasione di visite organizzate).

This has been a good hotel. Good to the city center. However, we booked two rooms and the other room assigned to our friends happened to be occupied when they opened the door. Nonetheless, the staff was very apologetic and try to solve the situation. We were given a bottle of wine for the hassle. Continental breakfast was good as well. Another thing was the parking. The hotel advertised they had parking, but never mentioned it had to be booked in advance. When we got there and asked for parking they said it was full and had to be booked, I mentioned the only purpose of booking that hotel was because of parking and they let me park on the loading area right in front. Good value if you’d like to be close to city center of Lecce
