Wird immer wieder beim Aufenthalt in Wien gebucht !

Sid schon beim letzten Mal ist alles top. Jedoch war es unfassbar warm dieses Mal im Hotel und auf dem Zimmer. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster ist dann jedoch sehr laut.

Salle de sport non accessible ( j’ai essayé avec ma carte de chambre mais pas possible…). Chambre toute petite pour le tarif pratiqué ( environs 240 euros par nuit pour environs l’équivalent de la surface d’une chambre d’Ibis…peut être une quinzaine de M2…). Nécessité de demander pour que la chambre soit nettoyée et idem pour que le minibar soit rempli… Pas de room service: si vous voulez manger dans la chambre, vous pouvez commander mais il faut descendre pour récupérer votre commmande…c’est pas vraiment ce que j’attends d’un hôtel 4 étoiles…

This was my second stay at the same hotel in Vienna… It was super clean, the staff is always courteous and I love the theming of this hotel. I will definitely keep coming back here if I ever make it to Vienna again.

We have mixed feelings about this 25hour hotel. Some of the pro were quite while some some of the cons were disturbing. Cons: 1. Room Noise - The 7floor rooms are very noisy. They are right below the rooftop bar/disco. Loud bass and drums can keep you away late at night if you choose this floor. 2. Room Condition - Our room had torn wallpaper and a broken kitchen faucet base. Lighting is too dim. Several drapery panels were loose. The room needed to be reconditioned and repaired. 3. Restaurant - The food was average. Service is slow. Pros 1. Location - The location is fantastic for tourist. Local restaurants are great and plentiful. Museums and closely. Public transportation is steps away, safe and easy to use. 2. Staff - The staff was very helpful and friendly and tried to resolve all issues to the best of their ability. 3. Fun - The decor is fun and inventive.

The hotel is a glorified dorm. Bad soundproofing. Minimalistic furnishings that are downright cheap.Noisy rooftop bar.Also, I could hear people in the room above stomping for hours. Not even sure what can one do there… but alas. On demand room cleaning. Meaning you have to request that.Not recommended for an extended stay if you like to chill and enjoy the room. That like a place to crash. And bring ear plugs along. Thanks

En pleno centro de Viena. La decoración es singular y tienen mil detalles tanto en la habitación como en el hotel para hacer tu estancia agradable. El minibar es gratis y te lo reponen cuando lo necesitas.

Great hotel, clean and central. Walking distance to museums and cathedrals. Close to restaurants, roof top patio had a great vibe

Everything is as advertised and better. They will be my top choice in the future. Highly recommended.

I wouldn't stay here again. It is evidently to some people's taste, but I found it quite irritating. As soon as we arrived, the lady checking us in said we'd be charged 75 euros "just in case" - whilst it's normal for hotels to take your card details, the way this was expressed made it seem that we were clearly thieves and so our card needed to be charged. The lady also communicated details about breakfast, mini bar etc etc far to quickly to take in - perhaps they can slow down a bit or put it on a piece of paper in the room - but left out important information about wifi, room servicing etc. In terms of the room, I really disliked the fact that the floor was stone but they didn't provide slippers. They also didn't provide a bathrobe or coffee in the room. Instead, they provided a bag for use (because clearly travellers don't have bags with them), access to a soft toy and "free" beers, coke and water. Whilst they sell conditioner in the shop downstairs, they didn't provide it in the bathroom, which is a bit cheap of them and not helpful for guests with long hair. The safe is the tiniest I've come across in a hotel ever. One morning, drilling in reception started at 8.15am and they had an "oh well, it was awful for everyone" approach to it. The whole things strikes me as a failed attempt at uber-trendiness but it's basically style over substance and the hotel's post post post post etc modern "we're all mad here" 90s ad-land thing doesn't compensate for the lack of comfort.

Tolles Hotel

Die Zimmer sind relativ klein aber wenn man für eine stadtbesichtigung wo ist braucht es kein großes Zimmer. Etwas ungewohntes war das der zimmerservice auf Nachfrage stattfindet

Das Hotel liegt gut, viele Lokale sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Spa war ok, die Liegen allerdings total „abegerockt“. Die Bar lustig im Dachgeschoss mit einem super Blick. Parken unbedingt vorher buchen im Hotel. Auf der Starsse unmöglich.

Lovely hotel great location

Wir sind große Fans der 25hours-Hotels und haben durch unsere durchweg fantastischen Aufenthalte in Paris, Florenz und Düsseldorf gezielt den Wiener Ableger der Kette gebucht. Leider wurden wir mehrfach enttäuscht. So wird derzeit die Rezeption erneuert, weswegen der Eingangsbereich einer mittelgroßen Baustelle entspricht und der „Frontdesk“ sich im UG befindet. Das ist befremdlich, die nette und professionelle Art des Teams gleicht den Sachverhalt aber aus. Nicht ausgeglichen war der Baulärm während des Frühstücks und die temporäre Nichtverfügbarkeit der Aufzüge. Verwöhnt von Paris und Florenz haben wir uns vom Frühstück das Allerbeste versprochen und selbiges extra mitgebucht - nur um dann zu erfahren, dass wir uns in der Stadt der Kaffeehäuser und Melange-Köstlichkeiten befinden, es im Hotel aber nur lauwarmen (schlechten) Filterkaffee aus einer Pumpvorrichtung und andere „Kaffeespezialitäten“ aus dem Automaten gibt. Das ist leider eine Beleidigung für alle, die etwas von Kaffee verstehen und sorgte schon morgen fürs Unmut. Weitere Ärgernisse waren die fehlende Auswahl von Bäckereierzeugnissen (08/15-Brötchen und fertige Mini-Croissants / Schokobrötchen als Ersatz für schmeckende Vielfalt und frische Backgüter), mangelnde Bestecktrennung bei Wurst und Käse (unter anderem für Muslime ein Unding) und die generelle Anwesenheit von sehr jungen und leider ungeübten Mitarbeitern. Das war’s nicht wert & mit diesem Wissen hätten wir kein Frühstück gebucht.

Bijzondere kamer met een speelse en artistieke inrichting. Ruim, met een goed bed en prachtig uitzicht over Wenen. Wel direct onder de Dachboden waar het feest op vrijdag tot in de late uurtjes doorging, Maar dat wisten we van tevoren.
