The staff were not very helpful or nice. Their shuttle driver hit me and then ran my foot over with a golf cart as he was not paying attention. All the staff did was give me some ice. Not even a free dinner to make up for this accident caused by their man. There are little to no signs for the hotel, and the one hidden sign only shows part of the name. Their location on maps does not match their location. It is extremely difficult to get to the hotel. Although only 2km from Sorrento, their shuttle will not come to get you. You must take a bus out of town to a parking lot and the golf cart shuttle will pick you up at the top of the hill. He is a crazy driver. The beach front was really nice but again staff were not friendly or helpful in assigning you are spot on the beach.

We had no idea how wonderful this hotel would be! If we could give it an 11/10 we would. The location was a bus and shuttle ride out of Sorrento, so if you are looking to stay somewhere a bit more chilled out I recommend it. As well, the free hotel shuttle that takes you up to the bus stop makes it very easy to get into town. The staff was so helpful and friendly with all our needs, especially with the 24 hour reception. The marina that the hotel is located in is BEAUTIFUL and the beach club that you can go to for free with the hotel out the front is a perfect way to spend a day. The included breakfast buffet is in a beautiful place and great food and coffee. The rooms are equipped with aircon, TV and a mini fridge, as well as a stocked bathroom. The bed is comfy too. I highly recommend you stay here if you are looking for a beachside vacation on the beautiful Amalfi Coast.

Experiência incrível a beira do mar mediterrâneo!!

The property is very nice, clean, you can get an ocean view room, it has a beach. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking that is high in the mountain and you have to take a shuttle to go to the hotel. We got there at 1am and we were lost. They never informed us where to park. They told us the shuttle was closed after midnight. Thank God we had a small car and went down the mountain hoping to find the hotel. We did, we got our luggages down and then the guy at the front desk went on his small car to show my husband the parking lot up the mountain. They charge you $10 euros each way when is after midnight or before 8am. I wish they could have explained us better the parking situation before our arrival. Also, they should have coordinate better how we were going to meet to get to the hotel if they knew we were getting there after midnight. I called many times before going there and they said just call us when you are at the airport. We did and they said the shuttle is closed.

Séjour entre amis incroyable, hotel devant une plage magnifique dans un coin isolé. Le personnel très gentil et surtout très serviable. On a eu un problème lors de notre réservation avec les dates, et ils ont été très compréhensible. Merci à vous!

Es un Hotel ubicado en una bahía pequeña, un lugar muy bonito, hay que estudiar bien antes cómo llegar y salir en autobús y antes de llegar al Hotel avisar para que te recojan en la parada del bus más cercana

Beautiful marina and nice hotel. But the double room with sea view didn’t have a real sea view. From the bed, we could only see the buildings and not the sea at all. The hotel should really put the bed against the other side of the room to avoid sun in the face in the morning and maximize the view on the sea. A bit disappointed to have paid an extra for a sea view and not really have it. Amazing location though!

Lovely little hotel in a beautiful setting. The view from our balcony was stunning. Quiet and friendly, away from the hustle and bustle of burst Sorrento. The narrow little road down to Marina di Puolo seems a challenge, but the complimentary shuttle service to/from either the car park part way down or the bus stops on the main road make it perfectly good, and add to the charm of the tiny village.

Schönes, ruhiges, direkt am Meer gelegenes Hotel. Guter Service, preiswerte Halbpension, gutes Essen, gute Weine.

Nos hospedamos 3 dias con mi hija y nos parecio un lugar hermoso. El personal muy atento y cordial, la habitacion con vista al mar era muy bonita. Solo un consejo, siendo que se trata de un lugar con playa, se encuentra alejado de la zona centrica, recomiendo el alquiler de un vehiculo o entender muy bien el sistema de buses. El hotel cuenta con un transfer que te traslada o bien hasta el estacionamiento o hasta la ruta donde pasa el bus. Son cuestiones a tener en cuenta al momento de planificar bien los horarios. Afortunadamente nosotros habiamos alquilado un vehiculo. Definitivamente, no solo lo recomiendo sino que volveria. Una estadia hermosa.
