The hotel was really great! Room, staff, location, fabulous breakfast.

Room was huge and clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast had good selection as well. But do bring your own toiletries and buy your own water. Area was 9 mins drive from airport, 19 mins drive to Palma town area.

Besonders zufrieden waren wir mit dem Gesamtpaket: Das Zimmer war modern, sehr sauber und ruhig – perfekt zum Entspannen nach langen Spaziergängen. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist hochwertig, durchdacht und gepflegt, man merkt sofort den hohen Qualitätsanspruch. Ein echtes Highlight war jedoch das Personal: durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wertgeschätzt. Auch die Lage direkt am Meer ist ideal – perfekt für Spaziergänge, Bewegung und gleichzeitig Erholung. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich, frisch und auf hohem Niveau. In Summe: ein Hotel, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt und gerne wiederkommt. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Clean, great location, everything you need right in the heart of it all. The breakfast is top notch. Lots of shopping, clubs, rental car places, bike rentals, and some good tapas nearby.

Wonderful property and great staff. Felicity was AMAZING! She did everything in her power to ensure we had a wonderful time. Her customer service was top notch! The arrival drinks and snacks were a great addition. The property was well maintained and the breakfast bar had a lot of options and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is visiting Mallorca.

Doesn’t offer what we expect

The service upon arrival with drinks and snack was nice. Porter service to the room. Wine and champagne awaiting us upon entry into room. Receptionist (from Argentina) on arrival Nov 12 in the afternoon was very competent, kind, and welcoming. Same was not true of a male colleague working the afternoon of Nov 13 (perhaps a supervisor, said he would give me towels and forgot while I was standing there, didn’t even smile, not ideal person to work at reception). Excellent sea view. Access to top infinity pool and sun area as Star Prestige was nice. Extra towels provided for the beach. Safe in room. There are some things that could be improved: The sunset bar on rooftop is closed during off-season (Nov starting). However one can call for drinks to order. Problem is that they didn’t have a menu available upstairs and the cocktails I ordered they didn’t even know what it was. Highly unexpected for a 5-star. Also the shower in the room would not properly close, pouring water out and into the room with the toilet. The infinity pool on the top floor is beautiful but the first step under the waterline is soooo slippery that in 2 hours I saw several people slip and one fall. Fix this before someone breaks something. I reserved the Spa for 45 minutes, but apparently two other people reserved it too for the same time. Why reserve if other people can just also show up whenever, making you have to wait for the use of the spa, which was reserved.

Excellent service from the staff from beginning to end! Highly recommend great location sea view, food, pool definitely return!

Property was pristine and staff was friendly and very helpful. Surrounding area right on the beach was convenient, only negative was we expected surrounding area to be more elevated.

Proper 5 star hotel / resort. Highly recommend.

A sea view is not a 10% sea view

Many pluses to this hotel, a good location on the beach front with lots of bar and testaurant options on the doorstep, free filtered water machines, excellent breakfast, and no shortage of pool loungers with nobody rushing to throw towels down in the morning. The only negative is the hotel resets the air con at 1am every morning, so on all our nights we woke up hot and had to turn it back on and go back to bed. I think they do this to save money, but it somewhat spoilt an otherwise perfect stay.

In short…. Location to the beach annd restaurants excellent. Reception staff - poor. Concierge- Excellent. Condition just above average. Breakfast- Excellent. Dance night -dancers average and Dj terrible couldn’t play any music that would encourage people to dance. No VIP extra’s offered for hotels.com VIP’s.

Here’s a concise and impactful review you can post on Expedia: ⸻ We were required to pay for all 9 nights upfront before even seeing the room. The first room was freezing, with only a sheet for bedding, and the shower leaked into the main living area. Staff admitted no other rooms were available and refused any refund, even though this was night one of nine. On night three, we were moved to a different room, which they called an “upgrade”—but it was a hassle for our family of four to repack and relocate. Poor service, broken promises (like a comped dinner they later revoked), and an overall disappointing experience. Would not return.
