I’ll start with what bothered me as it’s easiest to remember. Room was nice but the bathroom had a weird smell like sweat or other cleaning supplies? Hard to say but it wasn’t a nice smell. I had asked for extra towels and never got them. Lastly the parking garage door didn’t work so I had to drive around the back through a tight alleyway with little signage to park. Other than that the hotel was a nice place to stay in a good location.

This hotel never disappoints. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub on the top floor always offers a magnificent view of Montreal, day and night.

Check in was terrible. Waited over 2+ hours after the reported check in time for a room, as none were clean. Room provided had an odor. Will never stay at this Hilton or possibly any Hilton moving forward.

Parking is expensive but the hotel staff make the stay very pleasant.

We did not have food. The bed was very comfortable with good pillow options.

Good location if looking to walk to Old Montreal!

Hotel rooms were clean and spacious, housekeeping was excellent. However the pool was not clean and had a lot of chlorine. There is no sauna but they have a steam room.

Tout était parfait mais n’oubliez surtout de mettre l’affiche « ne pas déranger » avant de dormir car, deux fois plutôt qu’une, à des intervalles de 1/2 heures, des femmes de chambre sont venues cogner à la porte le matin pour faire le ménage. Jusqu’à temps que je mettre l’affiche à la porte… outre ça, c’est un endroit plus que parfait pour le prix.

This property was fantastic! The amenities were great! The room came with a microwave, tub, magnifying mirror and plenty of space. The beds are slightly soft for my liking, as are the pillows, but still comfy. The security measures in place made me feel extremely safe with my family and the staff were kind and knowledgeable.

The hotel is in a mediocre spot. It's about a 25-minute walk to the harbor. There also seem to be some homeless people hanging around near the hotel. The hotel's underground parking garage costs extra, which is definitely a downside. The parking garage is also very narrow, making it difficult to maneuver larger cars (no separate entrance and exit). Guests should also be aware that they must register at the reception desk before driving into the underground car park. A note about this would have been very nice. A plus is the pool area and the roof terrace. This is a great place to relax at the end of the day.

Excellent staff. Great location, near the metro and shopping. The pool and hot tub were a cherry on top. Would stay here again.
